Book Introduction
『Sogang Korean Writing Book 1A·1B』 has divided the writing section, which was 1 page per lesson in 『Sogang Korean Student's Book 1A·1B』, into 50 lessons.
Considering that the regular course for Level 1 consists of 200 hours, it is composed of 100 hours of speaking, 25 hours of reading and speaking, 25 hours of listening and speaking, and 50 hours of writing.
It differs from other writing materials in that learners write after engaging in speaking interaction.
This teaching method is based on the values of the Sogang Teaching Method, which emphasizes interaction among learners in the writing learning process, as well as the results obtained through writing activities.
Pronunciation correction and review of words, sentences, etc. are possible through speaking interaction between learners.
From the instructor's perspective, even when there are a large number of students, it is easy to monitor all students by conducting classes through pair or group activities, and the gap in level between students is reduced through correction between students, allowing for efficient feedback.
It is primarily designed for situations where you practice with fellow learners or an instructor, but also provides various conveniences for self-learners.
