Book Introduction
The "Hi! Korean Series" is an integrated Korean language coursebook designed for foreign learners who have begun studying Korean because they enjoy Korean culture. The textbook incorporates the latest trends in Korean culture and offers a variety of activities to help students master the four areas of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. It organically presents speaking, listening, reading, and writing areas while maintaining a consistent structure from beginner to advanced levels, and it is structured so that listening and reading are presented separately for each subject to increase learning concentration by area. In particular, in the step-up course, which moves away from problem-solving-centered activities, communication skills are developed by expanding what has been learned through speaking and writing activities. Korean 3A〉 is an intermediate-level textbook for learners who have completed the beginner course, and is comprised of topics focused on social life and communication in Korea. In addition to expanding vocabulary, 'Expression of the Day' and idiom learning have been added, and 'Practical Writing' activities are provided to help learners prepare for the topic at hand to conclude each unit. |
