Unit composition

▶ Introduction
- The learning objectives and topics of each lesson are organized so that they can be approached naturally through visual aids or simple text.
▶ Conversation
- It is composed of dialogues centered on the subject of that subject and situations across social life.
It also consists of natural words and expressions that Korean people frequently use.
Please guide them to become familiar with natural Korean by listening to the content repeatedly.
Please refer to the appendix for new words and expressions presented in the conversation, which are translated into English, Japanese, and Chinese.

▶ Vocabulary
- We provide words and expressions related to the topic of each lesson, and also include practice problems to help you use those words.
Please note that the words and expressions presented have been translated into English, Japanese, and Chinese to aid learners' understanding.
▶ Sentence pattern practice
- We have presented three main sentence patterns for each lesson and enabled students to speak and write using grammar.
For sentence patterns with complex structures, please present them in detail by structure and then cover the sentence pattern exercises in the textbook after sufficient drill practice.
▶ Reading, listening
- Reading and listening to content related to the topic of each lesson.
Odd-numbered lessons consist of reading, and even-numbered lessons consist of listening. Please refer to the appendix for vocabulary, expressions, listening scripts, and model answers.
Reading allows you to naturally infer what you are going to read through 'thinking', and after reading, you can organize what you 'read' and talk about your thoughts by solving problems.

- We have designed the course to encourage students to write various types of texts, such as presentations, newspaper articles, and explanatory texts, related to the topics of each subject, and have compiled frequently used expressions in each type of text.
Please provide guidance in advance so that you can actively use related expressions in your writing, and prepare a manuscript guide to help you write accurately.

- Presented pronunciations that are easy to get wrong in Korean.
To help students understand pronunciation rules and pronounce correctly, teachers should guide them through the correct pronunciation of the examples provided in the textbook and have them practice.

- In addition to expressions related to the topic of each lesson, we have compiled information on Korean culture and common sense that is good to know.
Please use it to help you learn various vocabulary and expressions, as well as other aspects of Korean culture.
