This book is designed to fit the academic schedule of the Ganada Korean Language Institute and is aimed at learners who have no knowledge of Korean at all.
We have designed the course to enable students to learn speaking, listening, reading, and writing Korean evenly, and our basic goal is to become familiar with Korean daily life and culture.
It consists of a total of 30 lessons, and lessons 1 through 3 are about the Korean alphabet, and are designed to help you learn the pronunciation of vowels, consonants, and final consonants.

The structure of each subject from Lesson 4 to Lesson 30 is as follows.


*grammar
- The meaning and usage of grammatical elements appearing in the conversation are explained and examples are provided.


*Type practice
- You can practice frequently used basic sentence patterns by looking at pictures.
We also translated and included new words needed for type practice.


*hearing
- We made it so that you can listen to and understand the sentence structures and words covered in that course, and we made the text so that it is beginner-level but close to real-life listening.


*Read
- It is designed to enable you to read and understand various types of texts, such as stories or conversations related to the subject or situation of the course.
New words are included with their translations, and translations of the text are included in the appendix to aid understanding.

*activity
- We have increased the learning effect by encouraging speaking practice in various ways.


*A peek into Korean culture
- Contains content introducing various aspects of Korean life and culture that would be useful for foreigners to know.

*supplement
- The separate appendix contains the correct answers for listening and reading, as well as the listening text and reading translation.


*CD
- Repeatedly listening to the recorded 'conversations', 'exercises', and 'listening passages' will be of great help in improving your Korean pronunciation, intonation, and listening skills.
