Book Introduction
The "Hi! Korean Series" is an integrated Korean language coursebook designed for foreign learners who are interested in Korean culture and have begun studying Korean.
The textbook incorporates the latest trends in Korean culture and offers a variety of activities to help students master the four areas of speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
The overall composition of this series consists of 12 Student Books (4 beginner, 4 intermediate, and 4 advanced) and 8 Workbooks (4 beginner, 4 intermediate).
The Student Book includes a separate 'Grammar and Vocabulary Study Book', and the Workbook is sold separately.
"Hi! Korean 6A" is structured to provide in-depth study of contemporary Korean society and culture, as well as humanities and social science topics useful to advanced learners majoring in Korean language or Korean studies.
We provide listening and reading texts in various genres, including everyday conversations, discussions, lectures, interviews, articles, and advertisements for advanced speakers, and we help you expand your speaking and writing skills based on these.
In particular, in the last sub-unit, TOPIK-style reading, listening, speaking, and writing questions based on the topic of each unit were included to help learners preparing for the Korean language proficiency test solidify their Korean language skills and gain practical practice.
