This book was started with the hope that studying Korean would be as enjoyable as traveling.
Korea isn't a very large country, but there are many places worth visiting outside of Seoul, Busan, and Jeju, so I thought it would be a good idea to study as if I were traveling.
So, I started planning this book in 2021 and wrote it after reading and studying a lot of materials.

Before the book was published, I had time to look at the first draft of the manuscript and discuss it with students.
I also took the time to rewrite it, reflecting on the students' comments.
In doing so, I tried to make this book more substantial.
Although there may be some shortcomings, I hope that my sincere hope will be of some help to those of you studying Korean.
I hope that those studying Korean will learn Korean more enjoyably and more deeply through this book.
