Korean language for college students
Description
Book Introduction
This book was designed as a textbook for liberal arts Korean language classes for international students studying at Korean universities.
This book aims to help international students with Korean language proficiency equivalent to a third-level proficiency level develop the Korean language skills necessary to communicate in various situations they will encounter upon entering university, as well as to perform tasks as a university student, such as taking exams, giving presentations, and writing reports.
In this regard, this book has the following characteristics:

First, we selected a topic appropriate for international students starting their college life.
The topics chosen are diverse situations that students will encounter in college life, from registering for classes as a new student, participating in clubs and school festivals, performing essential academic tasks such as giving presentations, taking exams, and writing reports, to using campus facilities such as using the library, issuing certificates, and dealing with dormitory issues.

Second, as an integrated textbook, it was structured so that the areas of understanding and expression are closely linked.
In each lesson, a dialogue between characters on the topic is first presented, then learning in the comprehension area that matches the nature of the topic through reading and listening is presented, and activities in the expression area such as speaking and writing related to this are presented as assignments.
Activities are designed to be applicable to real-life situations for learners, such as writing a report outline, listening to a presentation and taking notes, reserving books, and writing emails to professors, all of which are actually experiences that students will have in college.

Third, vocabulary, expressions, and grammar items were arranged to fit the topic of each subject.
The vocabulary and expressions are intended to systematically present essential knowledge related to the topic, and include expressions consisting of words and phrases.
Additionally, it presents essential grammar items that must be known at the intermediate level and helps students learn the meaning and context of usage through practice problems so that they can be used in spoken and written communication.
