The Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) is a test designed to assess the Korean language skills of foreigners and overseas Koreans whose native language is not Korean, so that they can use it in their daily lives.
It is aimed at Korean language learners and those wishing to study at domestic universities, those seeking employment at Korean companies and public institutions at home and abroad, and overseas Koreans who are currently enrolled in or have graduated from foreign schools, and is hosted by the National Institute for International Education.

The test is usually divided into three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This book was written for test takers preparing for the advanced level.
You can earn points by earning points in four areas: vocabulary, grammar, writing, listening, and reading. The questions are designed to measure your ability to speak modern Korean.
We focused on creating balanced questions across each assessment area and content, and by extensively referencing the curriculum of Korean language education institutions, we focused on creating questions that enhance understanding of society as a whole.
