My house is an old apartment with low ceilings, so when the carpentry team took measurements, I asked about the ceiling first.

Jollycut is a tile edge processing method that cuts the end surfaces of tiles at a 45-degree angle so that the tiles meet together seamlessly.
When tiles meet at right angles, a finishing material called corner bead is usually used at the corners, but if Jolly is installed, there is no need to add another finishing material.
It is visually much cleaner as it does not use additional heterogeneous materials.

What makes a sink look minimalist and sophisticated? First, the thickness of the countertop.
The thickness of the sink top commonly installed in homes is usually around 40 to 50 mm.

When installing a system air conditioner, the piping work must be done in advance after the demolition process, and during the carpentry work, the joists and holes must be drilled for the air conditioner location.

It is recommended to install the floor first and then paint.
Usually, the flooring company installs the mop base together, but if you paint first and then install the mop base, there will be a gap at the boundary where the mop base and the wallpaper meet, so you will have to spray silicone.
The floor and baseboard should be installed first, and then the wallpaper should be slightly applied over them to achieve a clean finish without silicone.
