within the social movement, and communicate with people who are new to or want to participate in the movement again.”\u003cbr\u003e “I want to show what a social movement is and what an activist does through the life of an activist” (page 6).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The most memorable 'first experience' while participating in activities, the 'qualities' needed for an activist, and the 'time when you wanted to quit' activities are the things that people who want to participate in activities are most curious about. \u003cbr\u003eMore specifically, we asked and answered questions about the thoughts of activists preparing for the Queer Culture Festival when they directly encounter hate, the difficulty of constantly arguing and persuading someone who won't listen, and the differences between conducting policy research outside of the union and working as a policymaker in the union.\u003cbr\u003e As you read the stories based on their experiences, you begin to get a sense of the incredibly realistic and yet quite fascinating nature of the activist profession.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Meanwhile, \"Activists\" allows those who remember social movements to understand what current social movements and activists are concerned about.\u003cbr\u003e Young activists in 2023 aim to create a social movement \"activist reproduction structure\" that is not confined to political parties.\u003cbr\u003e We aim to lay the foundation for presenting a '10-year thesis, 20-year vision' necessary for social movements. \u003cbr\u003eHe also does not miss out on considering the 'profession' of being an activist, which has significant implications for the sustainability of the movement.\u003cbr\u003e We are considering various measures, including the movement as a whole, the organization, and individual activists, to ensure that those considering social movements can work healthily and stably, to respect and work harmoniously with diverse personalities, and to prevent
