“You have to learn it even if you have to pay.”

A book recommended by 3.2 million channels including Jangsa Kwon Pro, Salaryman Rich TV, and Studian, and strongly recommended by Song Eun-i, Hong Seok-cheon, and Lee Rang-ju, saying, “You have to learn it even if you have to pay for it.”
This book is about how to make money, written by Myung-Hwan Ko, a "master of alley business" who has consistently made over 1 billion won in annual sales for 10 years and a "person who has been liberated from money" by creating a virtuous cycle of money through business, writing, lectures, hosting, and performances.

About 30 years ago, there was a time when I was working as an MBC comedian and earning 30 million won a month, but my bank account was always empty and my passion for life had disappeared.
It was a car accident that changed his life.
Despite the doctor's warning that he would die within three days, the first thing he did after returning alive was to 'read a book'.
After that, I woke up at 4 am every day, read books for 10 hours a day, and constantly asked myself questions.
Then life began to change.
The law of attraction was realized before our eyes, and a virtuous cycle of money attracting money was created.

This book was written with the intention of sharing life know-how with more people, inspired by the lecture review that said, "This is a good story to hear even a day earlier."
It contains stories of what I have learned through intense study and practice over the past 20 years, from the mindset for making money to the habits of attracting healthy money, and even how to change the structure of my life.

Into the book
Many people ask me for my secret.
So I wrote this book to share my journey and secrets to success.
The fact that my life changed because of business, that I created a virtuous cycle of wealth where money follows me instead of me being led by it, is thanks to the inner strength I have steadily built up.
How does one build inner strength? My four business failures and the intense reading I did during those times became my inner strength.
Today, too, I read a book for 30 minutes before going to work.
And for the 247th time, I recited my morning affirmation.
The day I say my 1,000th morning affirmation, something incredible will happen.

--- p.8~9

Have you ever thought about exactly how much you are worth?
Have you ever calculated how much you can earn and how much you will need before you die?
No, can you calculate it?
To set a goal, you must first know who you are now.
Only by reading and reflecting to know exactly what kind of person I am and what my abilities are, can I set accurate goals.
That way, you can achieve your goals without getting tired.
If you have a clear goal, the path to achieving it is easy.
Because I just have to do as much as I can.
The reason we fail is because we set our goals higher than our abilities.
That's not a goal, it's a dream, a hope, a fantasy.

--- p.20

I think a reasonable rate of return is 20-29 percent.
This is a figure that satisfies both customers and businesses.
If there is more than 20 percent left, you should share it with those around you.
Sima Qian also said that leaving a profit of 20 percent was the most appropriate.
That way, you can do business for a long time.
Moderation means that both merchants and consumers are happy.
If the merchant leaves more, it is inconvenient for the consumer.
If it's uncomfortable, it won't last long.
It's like killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.

--- p.115

There are also many luxury cars at Namsan Library, which I often visit.
Especially when you go to the library during opening hours, there are a lot of luxury cars parked there.
And after about an hour and a half, the luxury cars disappear.
The owners of those cars spend about an hour reading in the library in the morning and then leave to go about their day's work.

--- p.139

Money never comes in one fell swoop.
Especially in the beginning, it is extremely slow until a certain amount of capital is accumulated.
I have to endure this speed.
And you have to know.
That this speed gets faster and faster as money accumulates.
The problem is that it is not easy to sustain this speed.
So there's something important.
It's about moving away from money.

Publisher's Review
“There is no magic that happens all at once.
Read, ask questions, think, and practice.

“That’s the only way to make money.”

He is a 'master of alleyway business' who has consistently generated over 1 billion won in annual sales for 10 years, and a 'person liberated from money' who has created a virtuous cycle of money through business, writing, lectures, hosting, and performances.
This refers to Go Myeong-hwan, the author of “This book is about how to make money,” which is recommended by 3.2 million channels including Jangsa Kwon Pro, Salaryman Rich TV, and Studian, and strongly recommended by Song Eun-i, Hong Seok-cheon, and Lee Rang-ju, saying, “You have to learn it even if you have to pay for it.”
There are people who create hundreds of franchises and make billions of won in just two or three years after starting a business.
So when the author started his business, people around him were worried, asking, "Can you really make that much money?" and the author also thought, "Why can't I do that?"
However, my experience of making a lot of money in vain in my 20s and failing in four businesses in my 30s taught me that money never comes all at once.
Finding your own pace and building the strength to keep going at that pace.
That was the only way to create a virtuous cycle of wealth.

While there is no magic formula that will make things happen overnight, the author believes that there is a path that anyone can follow. In this book, the author generously shares stories he has learned through intense study and practice over the past 20 years, from the mindset for making money to healthy money-attracting habits and ways to change the structure of his life.
He also shares his know-how by including appendices such as 'Money-Making Startup Items' full of brilliant ideas, 'Tax Common Sense You Must Know' essential for business people, and 'Recommended Reading for Building Solid Foundation' for those who don't know where to start.

“How much am I worth?”
From the law of money that grows your wealth from 3 billion to 30 billion

Even ways to create a virtuous cycle of money, such as '20 percent profit' and '9,900 won coming in every day'.

“How much does it take to be rich?” we ask successful people.
And yet, he doesn't ask himself questions.
How much money do I need per day? How much do I need to live until I'm 99 doing what I love? How much do I think a rich person has?
The author says that a rich person is someone who lives a life that controls money, rather than being driven by it.
And he advises that the first step to becoming free from money is to know exactly how much money you need, that is, to ask yourself, “How much am I worth?”
Only by objectively evaluating how much I am earning now can I gauge the size of my desired bowl and find ways to fill it.

The author, who experienced the law of attraction firsthand and the virtuous cycle of money attracting money, says that his life changed when he realized that he was a 3 billion won person.
As the size of the vessel became clearer, the pressure of money disappeared, and it became possible to practice the '20 percent profit' mentioned in Sima Qian's Records of the Grand Historian.
A bowl of buckwheat noodles made with healthy ingredients created a steady cash flow for 10 years, creating a virtuous cycle of healthy money. The author's bowl has now grown to hold 30 billion won.
Many people ask the author about his secret to success.
Then the author says:
“There is no such thing as luck.
There is no shortcut.
There is no other answer than studying.
“I have to study.”
And I would like to add that:
“Don’t be afraid, don’t get tired in advance, and don’t think it’s impossible.
You can do it too.
“I did it too,” he said.
This book contains the reasons why he can say such things and the secrets to success that he has personally practiced so far.

“Rich people go to the library early in the morning.”
From the attitude toward life that brings success
Even specific practical methods such as the 'Frog Law' and the '10-page reading method'

The author, who reads books for 30 minutes every morning at Namsan Library, tells an interesting story.
If you go to the library early in the morning, you will see many luxury cars parked there.
The owners of the cars arrive at the library when it opens, read a book for about an hour, and then leave.
This is the life attitude of those who are bound to succeed because they control time and do not live being dragged around by anything.
The reason why the person who coaches the player is better at finding good moves than the person playing the game is because their mindsets are different.
If you become anxious and compelled to win, you will not be able to see anything, but if you just enjoy playing Go without any tension, you will come up with great moves without even trying.
The same goes for making money.
The more you try to make money quickly, the more likely you are to take risks, and the further your money will run away.
You need to change your attitude toward life like the rich people who go to the library early in the morning to get closer to money and success.

To this end, the author shares specific methods he practices every day.
When you run into a problem and can't see a solution, change the question from "why" to "how"; when you don't want to do something, do it "in advance"; when things aren't going well, do the "opposite" of what you want to do; when reading is difficult, read only 10 pages a day. These are practices that may seem small, but when accumulated, they create a tremendous power of attraction.
There's something we say when we go to a restaurant that's doing well.
“It tastes this good, so of course it will be good.” There is some truth in this saying.
A successful restaurant doesn't make money by making food, but by making food that customers can't help but flock to.
Money is not something you earn, it is something you naturally earn.
If you change your thoughts, the structure of your life will change, and if a virtuous cycle is created, money will follow.
With a strong attitude towards life, let's earn the money we deserve.
