So the things that were written down
So the things that were written down
Description
Book Introduction
The third poetry collection of Ijeni, the poet of all voices in the world, will be published as the first book of the new year by Munhak-kwa-Jiseongsa.
Poet Lee Je-ni, who has captured the countless knots of life in sentences in 『Perhaps Africa』 and 『Because We Don't Know Ourselves』 and "created her own poetry through the process of reserving meaning," presents a new collection of poems, 『Things Written So』.
In this collection of poems, the poet evokes something that cannot be fully expressed, a place that has passed, a place that is left behind, through 'a certain voice' that suddenly interjects between sentences.
All of those voices are the voice of an individual, and they are also the sum total of the voices of all the people and lives that individual has experienced and passed through.
The sentences in the poetry collection, which are confessions and monologues, come to life and move on their own, becoming words without words, words that are created through erasure.
The poet quietly writes with frail but clear courage and mourning, the voice of another person within himself and of all those who are not himself.
I recommend that you read, or rather, ‘listen’ to, one of the 61 calm voices written “for a long time” and “quietly and quietly” every day.

After what's left behind
Sentence for the black bear
Here and there
Identifying trees
From Cloud to Eternity
It's blue water
The boy grows up and becomes the boy he was before.
A shining life that goes astray and goes astray
Flows
The darkness in the cave approaches with an unfamiliar face.
Our soft and awakening moments
Another song departs for the sandy field
The many stories we tell in language today
Wherever you hang yourself, your home is your home.
Walking the same lies as yesterday
Where there was, there was as there was.
I touch you with the feeling of touching a stone
The fallen fruit dies and grows again into new fruit.
As we walked through the fog, the night led us
Like a wave moving forward like a tree branch
I raised my head so as not to move away
I stepped back from the boundary between dreams and reality
With a little smile we will all die
Dimly through the mirror
As much as you sing
fire by night
I had the same dream I had in your dream today.
A piece
Cat's Way
The woodcutter's tree
hats and shoes
The beach I will go to someday
Leaving the pool
Leaning on a wooden ball
small and absent
Bushy-haired voice
The first flock of clouds
If you bring an empty field to an empty field
Dream and Tail
charred forest
Pyramids and Birds
By the riverside with lots of grass
The latest voice
The Heart of Fruit
The tree is sleeping
The person of the remaining night
We move brightly
Birds come quickly

Publisher's Review
Now I
Draw one hand
Erase one hand

Now I
Draw one eye
I was able to erase one eye.

Even though I deleted it, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist
Even though I said I hated you, it doesn't mean I don't love you

Now I can cry alone in the deep night without any worries.
It's not anyone's face that makes me cry.

Only moonlight
The light that is reborn

It's been there for a long time.

Just waiting for you to discover it
I was there alone for a long time.

Like when I was looking at Yunseul as she broke and disappeared.
When you realize that you are in the middle of infinity with a blinded mind.
In that moment of death that manifests as a fleeting light.
There are voices inside me that sound like someone's crying.
If I could touch the surface of infinity, it would unfold quietly with the voice and the texture of the voice.
