100 Case Studies from the Criminal Law Exam
Description
Book Introduction
While previous police exams were primarily comprised of questions that repeated past exam questions and questions that asked for the conclusions of simple precedents, the second police exam, held in August 2022, presented a new direction for police test takers by presenting a large number of questions based on understanding and logic.
The change in the direction of the exam requires a change in attitude not only from test takers but also from professors.
We are demanding that students break away from the traditional memorization-based learning methods and focus on understanding, and that professors provide lectures that are faithful to the fundamentals and provide deep skills, rather than lectures that focus on tips.
I have been working hard to improve the skills of my students by pursuing memorization based on understanding, based on my teaching philosophy of sticking to the basics.
So, after much thought about the current reality that test takers are having difficulty with case studies and the lack of study guides that only contain case studies, I decided to present "100 Criminal Law Cases" to provide some help to test takers.
'100 Criminal Law Cases' is a selection of case studies that have appeared in various exam areas so far, and the questions that test takers must solve are carefully selected for each level. In particular, comprehensive case studies were prepared in advance to prepare for the recent trend of comprehensive questions that cover the contents of criminal law and criminal procedure law.
"100 Criminal Law Cases" will serve as a guideline for understanding how case law is presented as case problems, what types of case problems are presented, and how to solve them. It is also a perfect preparation book for improving your skills and achieving high scores.
