“We will give you back the day you wasted without thinking!”
6 magical spells revealed by announcer Lee Jae-eun, the 'Broadcasting Station Hermione'!
The power of a daily routine that fills each day with 'things you want to do' and creates a 200% satisfaction routine!

Hermione is one of the main characters in the Harry Potter series. She is a diligent student who uses a time-turner to go back in time and attends all her classes.
Because of this, Hermione became an icon of 'integrity' and 'time management'.
There is a person who seems to have brought this character to reality.
This is announcer Lee Jae-eun.

Lee Jae-eun, the main anchor of MBC Newsdesk, received explosive attention when her first video, uploaded to the YouTube channel 'News Anhani', which shows the daily lives of MBC announcers, recorded 530,000 views.
The way he manages to live a busy life with many tasks in a day, but maintains his own pace without being rushed or rushed by time, has inspired many people to want to live like that.
Fans gave him the nickname "Jannemione" after Hermione from Harry Potter, and even created the word "Jannemyeong" to describe the healing he gets from watching his daily life or study videos over and over again.
That's why the average number of views on her YouTube channel is twice the number of subscribers.

This book was conceived based on the author's nickname.
Through 'Jane Mione's Time Turner', which appears at the beginning of each chapter, the author invites readers into her daily life, and then shares all the know-how of self-management that has been the foundation for her 10-year career, divided into six keywords.
This includes the daily life, time management, study methods, and the strength to maintain habits and mental management that allowed announcer Lee Jae-eun to consistently develop herself, a source of encouragement and comfort to many people.
Also, throughout the book, there are handwritten phrases that announcer Lee Jae-eun wrote in large letters in her diary and that gave her strength, under the name 'JANN'S NOTE'.
It is with the hope that this book will be of help to the readers who open it, just as it was to the author himself.
I hope that through this book, everyone who is working hard in their respective positions can regain lost time and acquire the magic of time management to fill their days with the things they want to do.

Into the book
The experience of things that I thought, 'Will this be helpful?' being put to good use continued after that.
There was no useless work.
As I worked, I realized even more that not a single thing I had experienced while actively running around was in vain.

When you run towards your dreams, erase the calculator in your head.
The thought, 'If I do this now, will it help me in this way later?' is also meaningless.
Because you can't know until you experience it yourself.
Even if it seems reckless, let's just do whatever comes our way.
And once we start, let's see it through to the end.
Any experience that you have had in that situation will definitely help you in some way, somewhere.

If you do nothing, nothing happens.
You must seek, find, and knock for the door to be opened.
So even if I strike out, I just stand up at the plate and swing the bat with all my might.
Even if you can't win first place, let's stand on the track and run until the end.
In the process, you may also discover your own potential.
---From the first order, “If you don’t stop, you will reach your dream someday”

Waking up early in the morning without any purpose is hard work.
That's why it's helpful to set clear goals that will make you jump out of bed with a happy heart.
Before you go to bed the night before, try to visualize what you will do when you wake up in the morning.
It's best to set specific goals, such as jumping rope 100 times, reading a certain number of pages of a book, or finishing a certain number of assignments.

It's a good idea to choose a fragrant tea or fresh coffee to drink when you wake up in the morning, prepare a sweet snack to eat with it, or prepare your favorite music as a wake-up call.
Or, put the study you wanted to do or the book you wanted to read on the desk.
When you're at a loss as to what to do, I recommend waking up in the morning and writing down everything you want to do in a notebook.
And then I lie in bed and picture in detail what I'll look like the next morning.
---From “Second Order, “Start your day with a warm cup of tea at 5 a.m.”

A fountain pen is a very delicate writing instrument.
It takes a lot of hands.
The ink needs to be replaced frequently, and the nib is weak, so you can't use it with too much force.
Also, if you don't use it consistently, the ink will harden quickly.
Because it spreads easily, paper selection is also important.
Even if you take it on an airplane, the ink can leak due to the difference in air pressure, which can be a miserable experience (I have the unfortunate experience of throwing away a fountain pen every time I go on a business trip).
The reason I like fountain pens and continue to use them, despite them being such a difficult and demanding writing instrument, is because of the feeling of 'taming' them.
The more I use it, the better it feels as it becomes accustomed to my hands.
It seems like it's the feeling that fencers have when they see a fencing sword that looks exactly like theirs just once and they know it's theirs.
The moment I pick up the pen, it feels like it fits comfortably in my hand.
By using them consistently every day and being together, they become accustomed to each other.
So I feel attached to it.
This is why, although I use a variety of fountain pens, I always pick up the same one when preparing news.
Amazingly, it is now possible to even predict when the ink will run out.

---From the third order, “Tomorrow’s me is made by today’s me”

Every morning when I arrive at the office, there are nine different newspapers neatly arranged on my desk.
There are seven daily newspapers, one economic newspaper, and an English newspaper.
Adding the evening editions that arrive after 2 p.m., reading a total of ten newspapers is a homework assignment for me and a habit I've maintained since taking on the role of news reporter.

I started scraping newspaper articles because I was wondering how I could read, study, and learn articles as effectively as possible in a short period of time.
When you read a newspaper, it summarizes the key information of the day, so you can keep up with articles and information you may have missed while reading articles selected from the Internet.
In short, you can acquire a wide variety of information.

It is important to know the trends and current affairs in the field you are interested in or currently working in.
Even if it doesn't seem to help you directly in the short term, it can inspire and foster forward-looking insight in the long run.
So, I would like to recommend Scrapbook, which checks and organizes news in your field every day.
---From the fourth order, “Would you like to study together?”

No one can be free from evaluation.
Moreover, in corporate life, you often meet people who judge others by their own standards.
If you do that, at some point you will end up confining yourself to the world's evaluation of you.

But other people's evaluations should not become my standard.
If you don't want to be swayed by what others say, it's a good idea to set your own standards for evaluating yourself.
The goals and plans introduced above are good means.
If I live each day faithfully according to my goals and plans, then I am doing well enough.
So there is no need to be swayed by the words of those who only evaluate my appearance.
Accept yourself as you are and plan what you can do 'at this age'.
This is where my uniqueness begins.

---「Fifth order, “Well done.
I tried hard.
From "You're doing well"

Let's go slowly and far.
Let's be like Kershaw, who is boringly consistent.
Even Kershaw, the best pitcher in Major League Baseball, took over 10 years to win a championship.
It's not too late to get frustrated after trying consistently to that extent.
By making this decision and encouraging myself, I was able to come this far.
Repeating the same thing at the same time, in the same place, every day.
It's such a difficult task.
But I believe that the person who overcomes that difficulty will ultimately win.
So, don't get tired and live each day with sincerity, step by step.

Consistency and sincerity are the best weapons that surpass talent.
It is the most accurate and fastest way to make even ordinary people extraordinary.
A steady and sincere person will quickly regain his composure even if he is shaken by the occasional waver.
Because it has been done for a long time, it has become ingrained in you.
---From the sixth order, “Start with a light step”

Anchor Lee Jae-eun's hot topic self-development method!

Anchor Lee Jae-eun received explosive attention from people when her first video, uploaded to the YouTube channel 'News Anhani', which contains the daily lives of MBC announcers, recorded 530,000 views.
I wake up at 5 a.m. to do my morning routine, and although the MBC Newsdesk program I host starts after 7:30 a.m., I arrive at work at 9 a.m. and meticulously plan my day's schedule down to the minute.
To prepare for the news, I read ten different newspapers every day and make clippings about news items to be broadcast that day.
It means sitting at a desk and studying for 3 to 4 hours every day to write short anchor comments of 20 to 30 seconds.
This scene motivated those who watched the video to work hard in their lives.

On the other hand, he also revealed his hideout where he enjoys lunch alone, watching his favorite dramas, and quietly relaxing.
While she's busy preparing for the day's news, holding several meetings, fitting costumes, and writing anchor comments, she never neglects to take time to reflect on herself and recharge.
Fans like him call him 'Jannemione' after Hermione from Harry Potter, and watch his videos over and over again, calling them 'Jannem'.
That's why her average video views are twice the number of subscribers on her YouTube channel.

This book was conceived based on the author's nickname.
In particular, through "Jane Mione's Time Turner," which appears at the beginning of each chapter, the author invites readers into her daily life. She shows her passionate self during her MBC job interview, and her daily life after becoming an announcer, broken down by time period.
This will allow readers to look back on their daily lives as they would when watching her videos.
And it will be a stimulus that will give you strength to take another step forward.
What announcer Lee Jae-eun has been practicing for 10 years
Miracle Daily Management Habits!

The book shows the daily life of announcer Lee Jae-eun, who lives like Hermione, the icon of 'sincerity' and 'time management', and shares how she was able to work as a caster for major Olympic events, which were barren land for female announcers, for 10 years, and then host major programs such as election broadcasts and 'MBC Newsdesk', and the self-management know-how that became the foundation for this.
In the book, the author divides the self-management method he practices into six keywords and expresses it as a 'magic spell' by borrowing a phrase he often uses.
If you practice this spell, it means that you can live a life that is not bound by time like the author.
The six keywords that make up the book are ‘dreams and challenges,’ ‘morning people and morning routines,’ ‘time management and planners,’ ‘immersion and study methods,’ ‘mind management and relaxation methods,’ and ‘consistency and habits.’
It shows the author's daily life related to this keyword and introduces in detail the author's unique methods for putting it into practice.
This book contains a record of the challenges of running towards the dream of becoming an announcer, how to lead life proactively by waking up early, how to use time efficiently by planning in 30-minute units, a study method for adults to internalize information in a rapidly changing world, how to build mental muscles through small breaks, and how to create habits that allow you to do small things consistently.

Also, there are quotes included on the 'JANN'S NOTE' pages throughout the book.
The author personally wrote each and every word of the phrases that announcer Lee Jae-eun wrote in large letters at the top of her planner and gained strength from.
Although it may seem crude, you can feel the sincerity of the author, who hopes that the readers who open this book will find strength in it, just as he did.
As such, the author's sincere heart is contained throughout the book.

“You have Hermione’s hourglass too!”
The magic of changing your life in just 30 minutes!

The magic of living a day with 48 hours a day is not just a metaphor.
The author shares his own tips for doubling your day by planning your day in 30-minute increments and using each 30 minutes as if it were an hour.
This doesn't mean that you should split your time and work hard unconditionally.
The purpose of this book is to teach you how to rediscover the meaning of moments that can be wasted and fill your day with the goals you set and the things you want to do by focusing on the present moment.
This is a way to find the 'time turner' that each person possesses.
If you find your own time-turner, you can distance yourself from saying things like, “Why is there so little time?”, “Why is it already this late?”, or “I don’t have time.”
All you need is just 30 minutes and a 'let's get started' mindset.
And this book will serve as a guide to finding your own time turner and living a faithful today.
