Sedona Method
Description
Book Introduction
“Letting go is just the beginning of the path to true happiness.”
The law of attraction, visualization, letting go, letting go of thoughts… .
The basis of all mind training methods is the Sedona Method of 'letting go'!
The Sedona Method is a mind-body practice that originated at a meditation center in Sedona, Arizona, USA.
The effectiveness of the Releasing Technique began to gain popularity when Hale Doskin, a disciple of Lester Levenson, who inherited the spirit of the technique, founded the Sedona Training Association.
The Sedona Method states that the main cause of our disappointment, unhappiness, and poor judgment in life is our clinging to limited thoughts and emotions.
The core of the Sedona Method is to achieve emotional freedom and peace of mind by balancing the suppression and outburst of emotions through appropriate letting go.
This book, comprised of simple questions that guide you through your emotions and mind, is a practical roadmap for fundamental self-exploration, self-healing, and self-revolution. It has been recognized for over a decade as the ultimate guide to tapping into the endless source of happiness that exists within.
Part 1 delves into the secret to maintaining inner peace, happiness, joy, and tranquility—letting go. Part 2 delves into a concrete, practical manual for achieving your goals with ease, while also fostering wealth, success, healthy relationships, and overall health.

Into the book
One of the main reasons we cause ourselves disappointment, unhappiness, and misjudgments is by holding on to limited thoughts and emotions.
The problem is not the act of 'holding on' itself, but rather the inappropriate 'holding on'.
--- p.37
Lester Levenson often said:
“Intuition is always 100 percent right.” This may be difficult to accept until you distinguish between intuition and emotional reactions.
So, to make it easier to distinguish between the two, let's use the flow process.
Just let it flow and wait for the moment.
As you let go of your limiting emotions, you will find that they diminish or disappear, while your intuition becomes clearer and more serene.
--- p.101
We live our lives constantly obsessing over something and avoiding something else.
The things we cling to or avoid may be real or imaginary, but both are things we hold in our minds.
Attachment means wanting to 'keep' something close, and avoidance means wanting to 'keep' something far away.
In both cases, 'put' has an important meaning.
Since these two are major causes of unnecessary suffering, the basic definition of the word 'freedom' could be said to be non-attachment and non-avoidance.
--- p.233
Letting go allows you to think more clearly and act more decisively on whatever business or personal challenge you face.
At the same time, you gain a sense of peace and control, all because you have freed yourself through letting go.
The Sedona Method will empower you to make the significant changes you need to build your career and live the life you choose.

Publisher's Review
It will bring out the endless source of happiness that exists within you.
The Ultimate Guide: The Sedona Method
The Sedona Method is the most powerful and best path to emotional freedom and happiness!
Mark Victor Hansen, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul
Almost everyone experiences various problems at some point in their lives, including emotions such as anger, frustration, jealousy, anxiety, stress, fear, and physical pain.
When faced with these problems, some people break down, while others turn to mental practices like letting go, letting go of thoughts, and The Secret to find solutions.
But there is a way to 'let go' of all these problems at an incredibly fast rate.
That is the 'Sedona Method'.
The Sedona Method consists of simple questions that help us to control our emotions and mind.
Author Hale Doskin says that if you consistently follow this process of “letting go,” it will lead to the miracle of self-exploration, self-healing, and self-revolution.
There are five methods of letting go introduced in this book.
First, decide to let go of unwanted emotions.
Second, welcome and accept your emotions.
Third, dive into the center of your emotions.
Fourth, embracing both sides of a topic or belief.
Fifth, realize your existence as it is now.
By tapping into the endless source of happiness that exists within, you can discover the answers to life's challenges, which you may have struggled to find, even in times of chaos and uncertainty like COVID-19.
Ultimately, it is a method that helps lead to self-revolution and live a fulfilling life.
Awareness, releasing, detachment…
When you know it, the path becomes simple and clear!
Freedom or hootlessness is the ultimate goal of the Sedona Method.
Another thing that is essential to realizing detachment is to realize that “you are not your emotions.”
First, to realize freedom or detachment, explore and let go of the four human desires and nine emotions.
The four human needs of separation, safety, recognition, and control culminate in nine emotional states.
Indifference, sadness, fear, longing, anger, pride, and courage, acceptance, and peace.
These emotions are what we use to feel accepted, in control, safe, and separate, and they are also the driving force behind our thoughts.
It is very difficult to change your life without addressing the four needs behind the nine emotions.
However, if you ask and repeat the letting go technique taught in the Sedona Method, “What are you feeling right now?”, “Can you allow that feeling?”, “Can you let that feeling go?”, “Are you willing to let it go?”, and “When?”, you will realize “detachment” like Lester Levenson, the founder of the Sedona Method.
