Publisher's Review
# Honest emotion from a true story
This movie is based on a true story.
Writer Kim Eun-hee is said to have initially opposed the [Rebound] project that director Jang Hang-jun brought her.
This is because it was not easy to convey the emotion that a true story gives.
Nevertheless, I found myself crying after reading writer Kwon Seong-hui's script, and I decided to participate in this film because I wanted to 'well' convey the true story.
Just by looking through the news, you can easily come across stories from that time.
So, what I'm saying is that anyone with even a little interest will watch the movie knowing the outcome.
So this movie is honest, without any tricks.
And the audience is moved, weeps, and laughs at that honesty.
This script collection reveals how writer Kwon Sung-hwi of [The Spy Gone North] and [Suriname], writer Kim Eun-hee of [Sign] and [Kingdom], and director Jang Hang-jun, who is considered an outstanding storyteller in the entertainment, drama, and film industries, conveyed the emotion of a true story.
Writers Kwon Sung-hwi, Kim Eun-hee, and Jang Hang-jun all agree that comparing how scripts are adapted to film is a valuable learning experience, and they also recommend it as fun.
#Behind the scenes
In addition to the final scenario, [Rebound Script Collection] includes interviews with three writers (Kwon Sung-hwi, Kim Eun-hee, and Jang Hang-jun) specially given for this script collection, allowing a glimpse into their thoughts and anecdotes while writing.
And in the movie stills and filming scenes, you can catch a glimpse of the other charms of actors Ahn Jae-hong, Lee Shin-young, Jung Jin-woon, Kim Taek, Jung Gun-joo, Kim Min, and Ahn Ji-ho.
The script book, which is packed with famous scenes, lines, and behind-the-scenes stories, is receiving positive reviews for stimulating the desire to own it among movie fans.
