Description
Book Introduction
Anyone can do it easily,
One watercolor painting a day
This is a watercolor book by artist Kim Yirang, who has been dazzling many people's eyes by posting one drawing every day on her blog and Instagram under the titles '#1FlowerDrawingADay' and '#1JustDrawingADay'.
We introduce how to use watercolors to paint not only pretty flowers like peonies, zinnias, and hydrangeas, but also familiar everyday objects like bungeoppang (fish-shaped bread), beer, tea sets, and cosmetics in pouches.
The book is filled with the artist's unique know-how, which he acquired by drawing consistently every day, rather than learning it from somewhere else.
Each chapter is organized by level, from easy to more challenging. For readers who find sharp sketching challenging, sketch drawings are included at the end. Scanning the QR code also allows you to watch a video of the artist's drawing process.
That's why anyone can follow and draw it.
Why not try drawing your favorite picture among the 48 pictures in the book right now?

Publisher's Review
《One Drawing a Day》 is a watercolor book designed so that even those who have never learned to draw can follow along.
It's okay if all you draw is what you drew in art class in school.
From easy drawings to drawings that are sketched with a sharpie and then colored, if you draw step by step every day, your skills will naturally follow.
Have you ever wanted to capture your favorite flowers or travel moments in a painting? Experience the warm joy of watercolor painting with "One Painting a Day."
Introduction to the paints and brushes used in the painting
Draw a flower in pink.
You can use any pink paint you have, but you might be curious about what product the book used.
Because there is no other pink paint like it under the sky.
So, for each process, I put the names of the paints used in the painting.
We also kindly introduce the types of brushes used by the author.
Includes sketch designs that you can trace and draw on the paper.
For drawings that require detailed depictions, such as roses, butterflies, or wreaths, I start by sketching them with a sharpie and then color them with watercolors.
Although the sketching process is detailed, if you still find it difficult to draw, please use the sketch diagram included at the very back of the book.
For beginners, it would be a great exercise to put a piece of paper on which to draw, then trace the lines on top of the design.
QR code provided so you can watch the drawing process in video format.
[Watch the video, 1 picture a day] Each chapter includes a video QR code.
Wouldn't it be easier to follow along if you could directly observe the artist drawing? If you get stuck while drawing, simply repeating the process over and over again can be a huge help.
Scan the QR code with your smartphone to check.
Revealing Photoshop tips for practical use of your finished artwork.
Want to include a hand-drawn illustration on your personal business card? Want to create a meticulously crafted wedding invitation? You can't hand-draw each and every one of these hundreds of cards.
So, I briefly described the process of scanning the completed drawing and processing it in Photoshop.
From drawing to working on the computer, one copy of "One Drawing a Day" is all you need.
