Aiden Osaka/Kansai Kyoto/Kobe/Nara 2026-2027
Description
Book Introduction
Tabula Rasa, a bestselling travel publisher, has released a travel guidebook titled "Aiden Osaka. Kansai Kyoto. Kobe. Nara."

□Why this book is special

▶ A whopping 900 pages of information
▶ Includes over 150 'Aiden Style Maps' to help you easily plan your travel route.
▶ This book introduces 2,000 tourist destinations and restaurants so you can cover everything Osaka and Kansai has to offer.
▶ More detailed introductions by theme, including food, cafes, drugstores, and landmarks.
▶ A comparison table that clearly answers the question: Which transportation pass should I buy?
▶ Not just one author, but a team of more than 10 Aiden travel guidebook authors researched and produced this book for over a year.

Aiden, a travel map specialist brand, has included over 150 detailed maps in this Osaka/Kansai guidebook.
Because I believe that when preparing for a trip, there is no tool more useful than a map.
We've carefully crafted these maps to help you understand the areas you're planning to visit as best as possible, so we recommend planning your trip around them.
No other publisher in the world offers a travel map of this type.
This is a unique map created only by Aiden.
I wonder if there are people who would say this.
"Who makes such thick guidebooks these days? They need to be portable!" I thought the opposite.
If the fundamental reason for purchasing a guidebook is to relieve anxiety about traveling, then the information in a thin guidebook with only a few pages cannot alleviate that anxiety.
A survey of many travelers found that, unlike before the development of smartphones, many travelers do not carry guidebooks while on the move, but rather open them before their trip or at their accommodations to look at the places they plan to visit the next day and make plans.
So, is there any reason to force a reduction in the book's thickness? Just because the number of pages increases by 400 doesn't mean the weight increases significantly.
Of course, it can be heavy to carry around, but most people put it in a carrier and move it.
So we decided.
“Let’s provide enough information, without holding back!”

There seems to be a misconception that analog is old-fashioned and bad.
Tabula Rasa is also moving towards digital, but currently sticks to analog travel information provision methods.
Because analog doesn't always mean it's inconvenient.
We will continue to provide the 'convenience' that is difficult to provide with digital machines through analog paper until the day analog ends.

Publisher's Review
A travel book brand 'Aiden' created this book by walking, asking, and experiencing.
My first overseas travel guidebook! Finally, I'm off to Osaka and Kansai (Kyoto, Kobe, Nara).

Everyone says that.
If Aiden makes it, it's trustworthy!!!
Aiden doesn't just provide you with information; he helps you alleviate your travel anxiety.
With just this one book, you don't have to struggle to find information on the Internet anymore.

Tabla Rasa means 'blank slate' in Latin.
Just as he draws on a blank sheet of paper, Aiden aims to create travel content that doesn't yet exist in the world, line by line.

We won't rely on marketing to grow our brand, but will instead rely solely on content to be a small light for travelers.
As an innovation-driven startup, Tabula Rasa will offer a differentiating factor from existing ones, and armed with what our readers call "crazy details," we will advance into the world.
'Aiden' means 'little light' in Old Irish.
When you feel overwhelmed by your travel preparations, we will be a small light that illuminates your journey.
I sincerely hope that this guidebook can be that light.
We sincerely thank you for joining us at Aiden's beginning.
