Golden Chain
Description
Book Introduction
The 9 Stages of Salvation Lyrics
Calling, regeneration, repentance, faith, justification, adoption, sanctification, perseverance, glorification
You can't just have a vague idea, you have to know it for sure and prepare.
The assurance of salvation and confirmation of faith that you must check!!
Recommended by Professor Jae-eun Park, Professor Tae-hyeon Park, Pastor Kang Seo-mun, and Professor Sang-woong Lee
Why do we believe in Jesus Christ, in Christianity, and in church? It's because we believe in truth, life, and salvation.
This book covers in detail the nine stages of salvation, called the "Golden Chain"—calling, regeneration, repentance, faith, justification, adoption, sanctification, perseverance, and glorification—centered on Romans 8:29-30.
The gospel that we think we know and believe in, and the church, make us examine our shallow faith in salvation, which easily assumes that we are already saved.
The truth of salvation cannot be freely interpreted in any way, but must be clearly learned from the Bible. It is given as a 'system of doctrine' discovered by people of faith through in-depth study of the Bible over hundreds of years. Therefore, the church and pastors must diligently teach this truth, and believers must diligently study it.
Because the golden chain is the chain of life on which our salvation depends, and the Bible is the book of life that leads us to heaven.
A must-read for readers who wish to learn the 'Way of Salvation'.

Into the book
It is entirely possible for us to enjoy peace with God and live in heaven on this earth.
God has clearly stated that anything can be accomplished.
Come to God.
God is a God who delights to reward those who seek him.
“God, please let me live a life worthy of being a citizen of heaven,” you pray to God.
Don't worry.
I hope you believe that God can make you a citizen of heaven.
--- p.51
Who repents? It's me who repents, not me waiting for God to grant me repentance.
Who has faith? Faith is within me; it's not God who needs faith.
God is the object of our faith, and we are the subjects of our faith.
Therefore, faith must be ours, and conversion is something we do.
--- p.112~113
Sanctification is a change in my state, and justification is a change in my status, not my state.
In the past, we were sinners, but now we are declared righteous.
So, sanctification is primarily manifested in obedience, while justification is received only through faith.
We must be able to clearly distinguish between regeneration, justification, and sanctification in our minds so that we can walk the path to salvation.
--- p.122~123
Salvation is not something far away.
That's what we have.
The way to do that is to acquire salvation as our own designation, so that it becomes a very familiar part of our lives.
Salvation is not about chasing clouds.
Learning what conversion of knowledge, conversion of conscience, covenant of works, and covenant of grace are is the life of faith.
It is the grace of the Holy Spirit to feel right in my heart and to accept it wholeheartedly.
--- p.130~131
Faith is looking to Jesus, and looking to Jesus means thinking deeply about Him.
After this, the content of looking to the Lord of faith continues to appear.
Faith is looking to the Lord and thinking of the Lord, fighting against sin, not forgetting the words of admonition, not being discouraged, and being more obedient. Faith is lifting up weary hands and weak knees.
--- p.146
Those who are saved want to hold on to the Lord more, look to the Lord more, and are inspired by Him.
That inspiration and emotion actually lead us to salvation.
Justification is not our work, but faith is something we actually feel in our hearts.
It's like the thrill of remembering and meeting a loved one.
These people long for worship, are deeply immersed in sermons, and love community, so they rush to church.
--- p.148~149
Sanctification is the manifestation of the image of God as a son by the adopted son.
Adopted persons feel love for God the Father, but those who are not adopted do not have love, even though they believe that God's words are right.
It's the same principle when we deal with others, we judge them based on whether they are right or wrong, but when we deal with our family, we treat them with love.
Sanctification is only possible for those who have become sons, that is, adopted children.
Specifically, it is because we love God the Father that we become like God.
--- p.177
What we must understand is that those who do not obey must not think that the Holy Spirit is given to them.
If the Holy Spirit does not come to me, if I do not obey and the fruits of obedience do not appear, and if I constantly lose in my battles with sin, I should never think that I am saved.
--- p.246
God's rock is eternal and unchanging, and salvation is not swayed by our senses.
God is also the one who gives us the strength to go through the process of not only regeneration but also perseverance in the path of our salvation.
Because those who were chosen before the creation of the world and came to call God “Abba, Father” are no longer orphans.
The lyric of salvation is never opened or closed by our temperament or senses.
--- p.271
Heaven is for those who win.
I must discipline my body and make it obey me in order to fight against sin and keep God's word.
There are only such people in heaven.
Those who fight against sin and are hurt, broken, and bleeding, those who fight to keep God's word and are pointed at by others, and those who are left behind, ostracized, and hurt by society will go to heaven with medals of victory.
--- p.346
There is nothing in this world that we should strive for without giving up worship, without giving up faith, without giving up meditation.
If we dedicate ourselves to our children's success and their faith crumbles, what's the point? No matter how important our earthly goals may seem, our top priority should be preparing for heaven.
Folks, focus on the spiritual battle.
Don't get too caught up in worldly things.
May you offer proper worship and devotion to God and place your hope in the eternal rest that the Lord will give you.
