The first challenge God gives us each day as we begin our journey is to consider our attitude toward life.
God wants us to live each day given to us to the best of our ability, with a perfect heart and skillful hands, as if we would die doing the work entrusted to us today.
I hope that we all can live like that every day.

It was not because I was reckless that I followed God as soon as He called me.
He was a prepared man even before the calling, so he was able to give up everything immediately as soon as God called him.
I hope that this principle will become an important principle in our lives as well.

It is truly glorious to see Elijah end his life on this earth with a dignified appearance until the very end.

As the next generation lives in an age where the future is so uncertain, we all need to seek help with a sense of urgency.
“God, give me the power of the Holy Spirit, but give me double the power!” If you don’t cry out with this kind of desperation, you need to come to your senses.
This is not a time for that.
This is an age where one can never live as a person of God without the power of the Holy Spirit.

We must save them all.
However, what the next generation desperately needs to survive in this evil age is the ‘power of the Holy Spirit.’
We must pray that our children, who live in an age filled with evil temptations, may be given the ‘double power of the Holy Spirit’ that Elisha sought.

Let us seek with desperation like Elisha.
'God, we are weak and the times are so evil.
Please give us the power of the Holy Spirit to live powerfully in these evil times.
'Give us double the power!' I hope that we will become people who seek this grace and power from God.

It must begin within me, where my relationship with God is out of sync.

The reason Elisha asked Elijah, “Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me,” was because he knew that the source of power was God.
He sought double inspiration because he knew his own incompetence, because he knew the evil of the times, and because he knew that God was the source of the power to overcome those times.

May God touch our hearts as we pray, and may we experience God's work in the family of believers He has brought us together, just as the Shunammite woman experienced His work through Elisha.
I believe that at such times, like the Shunammite woman, we can be truly happy in any situation, and that the spirit of deep love will be passed on and spread, spreading true happiness.
