Into the book
Autumn was anxious as she was preparing for the third grade class assignments.
I kept worrying about what would happen if I wasn't in the same class as Shinwoo.
In the past, Autumn did not understand the children who considered class assignments a once-in-a-lifetime event.
It was only a year, so I thought, what's the big deal if I end up in a class with kids I don't really get along with or not being in the same class with my close friends?
But this fall, I lost sleep because of class assignments.

When she had gone about 20 meters, Ga-eul turned her head.
Shinwoo stood there and continued to look at the fall.
Shinwoo raised his right hand high in greeting.
Autumn remembered Shinwoo's gestures and smile in that moment.
Autumn wanted to brag to the world that Yushinwoo was her boyfriend.
But soon I realized that there was no need for that.
Because Shinwoo is the whole world.
The world is all lovely.

--- p.34

“Autumn, I often think like that.
If my time passes, will I stop liking Hyun? That's what my uncle said.
I keep liking Hyun because my time doesn't pass.
When I turn twenty and twenty-five, Hyun-i won't even be in my sight.
But you know what?
“It’s unlikely, but if I had a choice between growing older and staying the way I am now, I would stay where I am now, loving Hyun.”
--- p.74

By the way, I have to go to work tomorrow too.
When will Saturday be? It's still two days away.
Autumn imagined a salary.
As an employee of Silver Pharmaceuticals, you can receive a fairly high salary.
Of course, that's not why I decided to become a secretary.
But I can endure this hardship because of that.
What do you do when you get your paycheck? Shinwoo's birthday is in two months.
Last year I couldn't give him a gift, but this year I really wanted to buy him what he wanted.
Thinking of Shinwoo, I felt a pain as if someone was stabbing me in the heart.
Lately, I've been making excuses to avoid meeting Shinwoo.

--- p.147

In the end, autumn will become Shinwoo's past.
Should I break up with Shinwoo before things get any deeper? I didn't want to become a nuisance or a bother to him.
It's hard enough just thinking about leaving Shinwoo, but it'll only get harder later.
Hyundo must have felt that way too.
Hyun held out for seven years with the intention of staying by Eun Se-yeon's side just a little longer.
How much did Hyun want to hold onto that time?

--- p.170

Autumn watched Yujeong planting seeds while sweating profusely.
When I first met Yujeong, I never expected that we would become friends like this.
Because we were closer to enemies than friends.
But life often goes in unexpected ways.
Although Yujeong is not a tiger like Gaeul, she is a human who has become a tiger like Gaeul.
Autumn didn't feel lonely when she was with Yujeong.
Autumn's fight against the nerd isn't just to protect humanity or regain Wonho's place.
It's for Yoo-jeong who is worried about Hyun.

The ultimate page-turner you can't put down
Born from the warm love and support of readers
The Second Story of "Fifteen Years in Five Hundred Years"

『Fifteen Years in Five Hundred Years』 has been a hot favorite among teenage readers since its publication in January 2022.
The novel worldview of the Yaho and Tiger tribes, born from our myths and old tales, and the charming character of living as a fifteen-year-old for five hundred years were added to make this book, which was evaluated as “a book you can never put down once you pick it up” and “a new fantasy born from our myths and old tales,” and immediately after its publication, there was a flood of reader requests for a second story.

The protagonist of this book, Autumn, is a realistic character who represents the minds of teenagers living on the border between being neither children nor adults, and is also the perfect protagonist of a fantasy that solves problems.
While the first volume showed Ga-eul gradually realizing her destiny through the precious relationships she encounters throughout her life, the second volume shows Ga-eul struggling to bear the weight of the first bead given to her and growing into the leader of Yahorang.
Since his debut, the author has consistently written young adult novels for teenagers with the belief that writing stories of growth leads to growth. Through the second story of "Fifteen Years in Five Hundred Years," he once again presents a dazzling growth story that teenagers will be enthusiastic about.

Autumn, who became the first leader of Yahorang
The counterattack to protect everyone begins!

Ga-eul is an ordinary third-year middle school girl who likes Shin-woo, a classmate at school.
However, for the Yaho tribe, who became humans from foxes, and the Tiger tribe, who became humans from tigers, he is the being who can rule over all the Yaho and Tiger beads.
Autumn unites the two races that have been at odds for a long time into the Yahorang and becomes the first leader of the Yahorang.
But peace is short-lived, as the ageless Yahorang's existence is in danger of being revealed to the world by a pharmaceutical company.
To solve the problem herself, Autumn disguises herself as an adult and works at a pharmaceutical company for a month to gather information.
However, the information that Autumn discovers ultimately leads to Autumn being kicked out of her position as leader and provides the justification for harming the tiger humans.
In a situation where there is no more room to retreat, Ga-eul remembers the pearl that Su-su fed to Shin-woo… … .
Autumn's thrilling counterattack to protect both the yahorang and humans unfolds in a thrilling way that will keep you glued to your screen.

The sweet romance between Ga-eul and Shin-woo that readers have been waiting for
Don't give up on tomorrow and live today with a pounding heart.

As she becomes a third-year middle school student, Gaeul begins dating Shinwoo, who reveals his true identity for the first time since becoming a Yahoo.
But Ga-eul feels uneasy as she watches Shin-woo grow noticeably.
How long can Shinwoo, who is destined to live as a fifteen-year-old forever, and himself, who is getting older, be together?
The love between Yaho, who never ages, and a human who has a finite lifespan is bound to end in tragedy.
Autumn is so breathless when she thinks about her future with Shinwoo that she can't do anything.
Shinwoo tells Gaeul that he is more worried now, and that he is worried that he looks too young compared to Gaeul.
Only then does Ga-eul realize that she has been so worried about the future that has not yet arrived that she has lost sight of what Shin-woo is thinking and what she should do with him now.
Autumn decides to live in the exciting present, not the uncertain future, with Shinwoo.
In this way, this book not only shows the sweet romance between Ga-eul and Shin-woo that readers have been waiting for, but also reminds teenagers who have given up so much for the future that the present moment is more important than anything else.

♥This is a book my child read first and recommended to me!
♥I bought it because my child read it at the library and wanted to keep it!
♥ Even though it was thick, my child had so much fun reading it.
♥It was a good book to read with my child.

"Fifteen Years in Five Hundred Years" is a book that teenage readers see and purchase in offline bookstores, and is also loved as the most popular book for loan in the youth reading room of public libraries.
In fact, when the author told teenagers that he was writing a story about a girl who is fifteen for five hundred years, he heard many people say, “It’s terrible enough to spend a year at fifteen, but five hundred years? Isn’t that too much for the protagonist?”
However, the reason this book received such passionate love is probably because it is so entertaining that you can't put it down once you start reading, and it has created attractive characters and a story that teenagers can relate to.
In an age overflowing with outstanding visual content, "Fifteen Years and Five Hundred Years" demonstrates that the power of literary texts to entertain and inspire even teenage readers remains valid.
