This is the second book following the popular bagel recipe book, Everyday Bagel, which was released in 2023.
Chef Park has been running a bakery for nearly 10 years, developing numerous new products by considering seasonal availability of ingredients, customer preferences, texture and flavor combinations, production time, and cooking methods.
As a result, 'Afternoon Bakery' has been able to launch a variety of practical yet trendy products every month, which has helped it to become a vibrant store at all times.


"Everyday Bread" is a book that was completed by carefully selecting 40 recipes from the numerous recipes of "Afternoon Bakery" and revising and supplementing them.
But this book is more than just a recipe book.
This book comprehensively introduces the chef's actual process of developing new products, covering everything from idea generation and tips on testing and feedback to menu composition, cost calculation and work efficiency review, and promotional strategies, all of which are essential for running a restaurant.
The new product is not just bread, but a new experience that permeates customers' daily lives.
