I'm selling space today too
Description
Book Introduction
This book contains the story of the author, who was once a nurse at a university hospital in Seoul and an ordinary working mother of two, growing from 100 million won in debt to 10 billion won in assets in just 9 years.
At a time when even a 100,000 won congratulatory gift was burdensome, my life almost fell apart due to sudden debt, but that turned out to be a turning point in my life.
The desperate effort, which began with staying up all night reading financial books and keeping a household budget, resulted in paying off all of my debt in just one year and six months.
Afterwards, the author started operating Airbnb with the determination to create 'cash flow', and through trial and error while traveling around the country, he created a stable revenue structure.
Using this as a stepping stone, he expanded his business through auctions and motel development, increasing his assets, and eventually established himself as a real estate investor with a net worth of 10 billion won.
But this book isn't just about how to make money.
This book contains my experience of generating cash flow without giving up even in difficult times, essential space investment methods for beginner investors, and insights gained on my journey to financial freedom.
The author's investment philosophy and know-how, which have already provided practical help to hundreds of thousands of subscribers and thousands of students through his channels and lectures, are fully incorporated into this book.
The carrot vending machine says:
"There's no romance on the road to making money, but for those who persevere, a new life awaits." This book will give you, who are currently going through a dark period, the courage to start over and a ray of light.
