Rorschach Comprehensive System Workbook
Rorschach Comprehensive System Workbook
Description
Book Introduction
In psychological testing, standardization refers to the uniformity of the procedures for administering and scoring the test.
If standardized procedures are not followed precisely, the test results will be the same as if the data were collected using a different method.
Collecting data in such different ways makes it difficult or impossible to compare differences within or between individuals.
In particular, applying interpretive assumptions about certain variables may be meaningless if the test, such as the Rorschach, was not administered and scored according to the standard test procedures.
This can result in results that are worse than not conducting the test at all, or in which meaningful results are not derived despite collecting rich and important data.

In reality, the Rorschach test is not an easy test.
Not only is administering the Rorschach test complicated and difficult, but so is scoring or symbolizing it.
To properly administer and score these tests accurately, one must first be familiar with Rorschach language and require extensive practice and training.
The Rorschach Workbook is a very important book that serves as the basis for these exercises and training.
In particular, many reactions are presented that can be helpful in symbolizing various reactions.
Additionally, the appendix provides answers to help you practice symbolization and review your own symbolizations.
By using and practicing this workbook properly, you will be able to gain considerable confidence in administering and scoring the Rorschach.
