Book Introduction
This book is designed to help seniors learn through brain training workbook activities and reminiscence therapy drawing designs.
Through cognitive activities and story-sharing, we encounter precious moments and memories in life.
It consists of a total of 60 cognitive activity programs for each topic, 30 of which are cognitive activity writing areas and 30 are recall drawing areas.
A total of 60 cognitive activity programs are comprised of themes that incorporate positive and warm experiences in life.
We have made it easy for anyone to access by describing how to use the book and how to proceed with the program, and included stories told by the elderly while working on the program so that those who are encountering this book for the first time can easily understand the 'language of reminiscence'.
The reminiscence drawing design was designed to be easy to color, taking into account the characteristics of the elderly whose eyesight is gradually declining.
The cognitive activity writing section is composed of a variety of interesting and fun topics that can improve cognitive functions such as memory, attention, language skills, spatial perception, and endurance.
To help those working in senior-related fields utilize the program in a more diverse way in the field, the appendix includes additional step-by-step recall diagrams.
Additionally, the goals, effectiveness progress methods, and other information are included for each cognitive activity program topic so that they can be used for program planning and outcome reporting.

It is used to help elderly people who have difficulty expressing their thoughts and feelings verbally color and recall precious and warm moments from their youth, and to share verbal communication along with cognitive activities.
