This book is an introductory book designed to provide students with a quick overview of the entire contents of criminal law and criminal procedure law before they begin studying them in earnest, and to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts and provisions in advance.


Considering its nature as an introductory book, we have boldly omitted detailed issues and case law that need to be specifically learned in basic theory lectures for full-scale exam preparation, and have organized it mainly into basic content such as concepts and articles that need to be organized in advance before taking basic theory lectures.


This book is largely divided into three parts: General Criminal Law, Specific Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure Law.
To understand the entire criminal law, it is recommended to study all parts, but if you are only studying criminal law, you can study the general criminal law and specific criminal law, and if you are only studying criminal procedure law, you can study only the criminal procedure law part.


Students who are new to law may find it difficult to understand concepts using textbooks alone.
Therefore, we plan to conduct an introductory lecture using this book as a textbook.
