Understanding Geomorphology through Images
Description
Book Introduction
As the title of the book, ‘Understanding Geomorphology through Images’ suggests, the third edition has put a lot of effort into significantly revising and supplementing the image data.
Most of the topographical schematics and maps have been re-created or re-created for easier understanding, and some of the best photos taken during field research and travel have been added.
In the third edition, we pointed out misconceptions about topography that had been widely known, and corrected as much as possible the expressions and descriptions of ambiguous or problematic terms and concepts by reflecting recent academic research results and trends.
