Book Introduction
『Appraisal Theory』 is largely composed of four parts: Basics of Appraisal Theory, Understanding Real Estate Appraisal, Appraisal Methods, and Appraisal Activities.
In Part 1, Basics of Real Estate Appraisal, the basics of real estate appraisal are organized into an overview of real estate appraisal and an overview of real estate appraisal theory. In Part 2, Understanding Real Estate Appraisal, the necessary content for real estate appraisal is explained in four chapters: real estate and real estate rights, real estate-related theories, real estate market, and real estate value theory.
In Part 3, Appraisal Methods, appraisal methods are explained by dividing them into comparative method, cost method, and profit method. In Part 4, Appraisal Activities, the contents of appraisal activities are organized into two chapters, including appraisal procedures and appraisal reports.
