Description
Book Introduction
We live our entire lives with a strong desire for food, and in this age of material abundance, how we eat has become more important than what we eat.
Especially in sports, the importance of nutritional intake is increasing day by day for performance enhancement and conditioning management.
In this regard, the second edition of the latest Exercise Nutrition book focuses on the role of academia and field expertise to make it easier to understand than before.
We approached the topic from a broad perspective of two key areas: health management through nutrients and nutritional management to improve exercise performance, and presented guidelines for intake standards for each situation.

This book covers the fundamentals and practical aspects of sports nutrition.
It is expected that this book will serve as a cornerstone for the development of more practical and necessary textbooks for the sports field in the future.
I would like to express my gratitude to the writing committee members, as well as to CEO Lee Kwang-jae and the staff of Hanmi Medical Publishing, who have put in their utmost efforts to further upgrade the textbook. I hope that this book will serve as a valuable guide for professors, students, athletes, and the general public in various fields.
