Based on NCS, we created a checklist for use in the field by selecting only the parts that can be visualized.
Although tree hospitals have limitations in that standardization is not appropriate for treating trees as living things, this checklist organizes the work process through job analysis of parts that can be objectified and quantified, and allows for self-evaluation by considering how to evaluate it.

When expressing it in a drawing, it is necessary to add a current status photo to the drawing to accurately show the actual process part.
These days, equipment that utilizes drones and 3D scanners is also widely used in reports.
Although it may be difficult to introduce the latest equipment into a practice with a small design budget, I believe it is necessary to continue to review and experiment with technologies that can be utilized without a great burden.
It is expected that various attempts using new methods will be able to improve the quality of tree hospital drawings.
