This book is the first and only practical guidebook in Korea, written and published to facilitate the application of the complex and difficult laws of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act in the real market.
Most of the books on the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act and other related laws currently on the market are simply lists of laws or cover only a few regulations. In many cases, they are limited to exchange rates, derivatives, or international finance, and thus have no relevance to practical laws, and thus often lack content or are insufficient.
On the other hand, this book is a comprehensive guide that understands the entire foreign exchange market and explains applicable laws, which makes it significantly different from similar books, and this is also the reason why many people prefer it for practical use and understanding of the content.

The purpose and intent of the basic laws and regulations were explained to facilitate easy understanding of the overall content, and the contents of subordinate regulations such as guidelines, procedures, and notices were organized according to the severity of the case to ensure that most practical processes are not difficult.
In addition, for each section, we have focused on increasing user understanding and providing case-based information access by summarizing the outline, comparative explanation, application examples, and contents of other laws, and in particular, we have included attached forms to provide a sense of the field to learn about actual processing situations.
Additionally, content related to foreign investment was introduced separately so that it could be applied to related practices.
