Into the book
It's already been five years since I started teaching classes using only bodyweight exercises.
So, I thought that there was no need to include in this book movements that were not necessarily necessary or didn't need to be done.
When I think, 'If I were to go back to a blank slate where I knew nothing about exercise,' I've selected only the things that I would do exactly like this.
So, believe and follow along.

This book covers exercises for the front of the upper body, the chest, and the back of the shoulders and arms.
In the previous work, Deathrun, I was unable to delve into the details of exercises for the entire body, so I plan to delve into more detailed exercises for the front of the upper body and shoulders.
Rather than covering more exercise methods, I've selected and included only the essential processes and exercises that I've experienced, which are truly essential. ·… My body is proof of bodyweight training.
And the effectiveness of this type of bodyweight exercise has been proven to many people.
