Book Introduction
The core of this book is the science of egg quality.
We focused on upgrading egg quality as the most effective way to overcome infertility.
That's why it has consistently been a bestseller in this field in the United States for a long time.
As the table of contents indicates, the book begins with understanding what egg quality is.
Next, we will explain the factors that impair egg quality.
The latest scientific knowledge is compiled here.
This is the strength and appeal of this book. Environmental toxins such as bisphenol A and phthalates are mentioned as representative examples.
These are things that were previously almost ignored in our lives.

As a solution, the book suggests taking supplements at the right time.
We will tell you how to effectively take folic acid, CoQ10, melatonin, DHEA, etc. according to each situation.
It specifically shows that appropriate use of these supplements is very effective in overcoming infertility and sterility.
This book goes one step further and provides useful dietary knowledge to overcome infertility and sterility.
This book points out that just having a proper diet can be of great help in pregnancy and childbirth.
Lastly, we introduce a method to strengthen male sperm, which is half responsible for infertility.
It makes clear that the idea that childlessness is the woman's fault is an outdated and outdated idea that no longer holds true.

Into the book
Since publishing this book in March 2014, I have received contact from thousands of readers.
Many of them said that this book was a ray of hope on a long and painful journey.

You can influence the quality of the eggs you ovulate two months from now.
Because the chromosomal errors in that egg may not have occurred yet.
What is important is the energy supply to the egg.

The decline in fertility as we age is almost entirely a result of a decline in the number and quality of eggs.
We know this because older women who use donor eggs have similar pregnancy rates to younger women.

One toxin proven to damage egg quality and fertility is BPA, which stands for bisphenol A. BPA is still commonly used in everything from plastic food containers to paper receipts.

Many nail polish brands today claim to be phthalate-free and formaldehyde-free.
Studies have shown that nail polish labels are often highly inaccurate, and many products contain high levels of phthalates.

For all these reasons, it is important to take a quality prenatal vitamin before trying to conceive, ideally at least three months in advance.

It is a reduction in refined carbohydrates.
The first step is very important to improve egg quality and fertility.
---From the text

Publisher's Review
Author Rebecca Pat was diagnosed at age 26 with virtually no chance of conceiving with her own eggs.
After that, the author went outside the hospital and looked for every possible way to solve this problem.
And finally, I found a solution without the help of doctors and became a mother of two children.

Therefore, this book is a compilation of the struggles of one mother who challenged the impossible and won.
The content of this book is knowledge organized from the perspective of the parties involved, not from a third-party perspective.
This book is a source of hope not only for women concerned about infertility and sterility, but also for all women who wish to become pregnant and give birth.

This does not mean that the author relied on unscientific methods.
The author, who majored in molecular biotechnology and worked as a biotechnology patent litigation attorney, pursued a thoroughly scientific method.
However, for various reasons, we boldly attempted methods that were not used or had not yet been introduced in the medical field.
Thanks to the author's efforts, there are also treatments that have been introduced belatedly at in vitro fertilization clinics and other places.

The author, who had suffered from infertility and sterility, focused on improving egg quality as the first step in overcoming infertility and sterility.
This book focuses on putting scientific methods for improving egg quality into practice in everyday life.
