This book is a textbook that can be used to prepare for the 'Chinese Character Proficiency Test Level 4' hosted by the Korean Language Society. It is designed to help you memorize the 1,000 Chinese characters assigned to the Korean Language Society's Level 4 Chinese Character Proficiency Test in an easy and fun way through the 'Chinese Character 3-beat Association Learning Method' by authors Park Jeong-seo and Park Won-gil, which was selected in a Ministry of Education contest, so that you can pass the test, and it is designed to naturally develop literacy skills by going through the process of reading etymology explanations and understanding the meaning.


After learning all the 4th grade Chinese characters, you can learn Chinese characters by type in more detail through the Chinese character application section organized according to the type of past exam questions, such as four-character idioms and opponents/opponents. About the Author

Park Jeong-seo
Born into a family of Chinese scholars for generations, I studied Chinese classics from a young age, and with the spirit of carrying on the family tradition, I majored in Chinese Literature and Chinese Language at the Graduate School of Chinese Studies, directly participating in the development of the 'Chinese Character Three-beat Association Learning Method'. I continue to research and write numerous books on Chinese characters while focusing on the topic of 'How can we make learning complex and difficult Chinese characters easier and more fun?', and I am taking the lead in unifying commonly used Chinese characters among Korea, China, and Japan for the free exchange of Chinese character cultural spheres that have become the center of the world.
His published works include dozens of books on Chinese characters, including “Complete the Eomunhoe Chinese Character Proficiency Test Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in One Book” and “Complete the Promotion Association Chinese Character Qualification Test Levels 2 and 3 in One Book.”

Park Won-gil
Born into a family of Chinese classics scholars, he studied Chinese classics from a young age. After teaching students for several decades, he developed the 'Chinese Character 3-beat Association Learning Method' to help students learn complex and difficult Chinese characters in an easy and fun way, and won the Ministry of Education's Education Innovation Award.
Chinese character books in Korea, China, and Japan that use this learning method have been leading the way in Chinese character education for nearly 30 years, and this learning method has become the standard for learning Chinese characters not only in Korea but also in China and Japan.
