One French frying pan
French cuisine, one frying pan
Description
Book Introduction
French cuisine made with just one frying pan
A Japanese chef who has lived in France for 12 years writes French home-cooked recipes from a foreigner's perspective! Author Emojowa drew on his own experience to create this book, enabling anyone to master French cuisine at home.
The only tool you need to cook French cuisine in this book is a frying pan.
Even the steps that require oven cooking can be completed entirely on a frying pan in this recipe.

The author's tips for adding flavor to a frying pan are simple.
To truly enjoy French cuisine, you need to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients while they are cooking in the frying pan, and then bring all the good flavors gathered in the pan to the plate.
Focusing on this, you can sauté vegetables, grill meat, cover and cook in one pan, and even make sauce in that pan.
This way, the method is simple, but it really brings out the deep flavor that is characteristic of French cuisine.

From the cooking of the ingredients to the sauce, it is completed in a single pan with a variety of French-style meat dishes, seafood dishes that bring out delicate flavors, appetizing salads and appetizers that can be either snacks or side dishes, a la carte dishes that teach you how to make onion soup, croque monsieur, and croque madame, and even desserts made in a frying pan.
It's a very French book, with only the essential menu items included.

Publisher's Review
French cooking can be this easy!

When I think of French cuisine, I often feel like it's a bit difficult.
This is especially true when compared to Italian cuisine, which has always felt familiar through things like pasta and pizza.
I sometimes make pasta at home, but I never thought I could cook French cuisine at home.
Until I came across this book.

This book shatters the wall of prejudice that French cuisine is difficult.
Plus, the dishes I make are so delicious and easy that they make me want to jump up and down in front of the frying pan.
Of course, there are dishes where you have to fry onions until your arms hurt, and there are also times when you overcook lobster in a pan that's too small and the cheese on top doesn't melt well.
But the moment I personally cooked French cuisine and transferred the deep flavors and savory taste to the plate was truly a happy one.

It still amazes me that I can cook so many different dishes with just one frying pan that I use all the time at home.
The range of dishes I make has expanded, and the joy of being able to enjoy a variety of flavors has grown.
Now you can make warm and cozy French home cooking in the same frying pan you used to make fried rice in.
You'll be surprised at how easy it is, and you'll be surprised again at how delicious it is.
