This fall, my first book, "The Essential: A Guide to Drink Menus for Small Cafe Owners," was published.
And realizing the importance of strawberry drinks, which account for more than half of cafe beverage sales during the winter season, we even worked on a second book filled solely with strawberry recipes.

Strawberries are a fruit that can be found from November to May, but since prices are high in November, winter strawberries from December to April are good for cafe drinks.
This book introduces a variety of drinks, from the most basic ones using fresh strawberries to strawberry-based drinks, and drinks that reflect visuals and trends.
As we approach strawberry season at our cafe, we hope this book will be a practical help in planning our menu.
