Description
Book Introduction
If you want to be rich, dominate with high concentration and immersion!
Park Se-ni, a top 1% mental coach in Korea, tells us
Practical Mental Management Know-How and the Secret to Sales Success
This book is not simply about how to make money.
This book delves into the essence of trust between people, the growth that blossoms within it, and the wealth that follows as a result.
This book will redefine the meaning of "truly rich" for many, and it has also helped me revisit my original intentions.
Kwak Geun-ho, Chairman of Aplus Asset Group, a KOSPI-listed insurance company
The direction of your heart determines the outcome of your life.
Many people believe they made their own choices, but in reality, they live their lives driven by external standards.
The framework of success set by society, the gaze of others, and the desires created through comparison have all taken over the center of my life.
As we live like that, we gradually lose our own direction in life and end up trapped in a life chasing other people's dreams.
But the power to truly change our lives lies within us, not outside of us.
The mental strength to know exactly what you want and to hold on to that standard without wavering is the power that changes your life.
I call that power mental.
The mentality discussed in this book is not simply a matter of will or perseverance.
It is the inner center that moves according to my own standards, not others', at every moment of choice, and it is the emotional rudder that holds my heart steady even in uncertain situations.
When life feels complicated, most problems stem not from what to do, but from where to look.
Life is simpler than you think.
Once you get your bearings right, speed will naturally follow.
If you want to simplify your life, you must first start by clarifying what you are moving towards.
From then on, we can finally live as our true selves, and live the life we choose, not the life painted for us by others.
This book is the starting point for such a life.
This book attempts to unravel the essential mentality and practices necessary to become a person who leads themselves unwaveringly, a person who focuses on their own standards rather than the reactions of others.
How to build unwavering mentality in all areas: wealth, work, relationships, and the future.
Depending on where your mind is, your life will take a completely different trajectory.
Let's readjust the direction of that mind now.
Sooner than you think, you will reach a moment where your life changes.

Into the book
A worthwhile life is made up of deeply immersive moments.
The most important value in life is deep immersion, that is, a state of 'high concentration and absorption.'
The birth of humans was possible because men and women were completely focused and immersed in each other, and the survival of a newborn baby was possible because the parents gave their full attention and devotion to the child.
We experience countless moments throughout our lives, but most of what we remember as time passes are scenes that remain as 'memories'.
After all, memories are made based on how much we put our whole body and soul into that moment.
Ultimately, everything meaningful in life is created through these immersive experiences.
From a young age, I realized that all valuable and important human activities occur in a state of high concentration and immersion.
When people spend money, it is possible because they are highly focused and immersed in the differentiated service or special item provided by the other party.
So, the people who live extraordinary lives in this world are those who can make others more focused and immersed in their fields than the average person.
Special people are those who have made a real effort to help others achieve a state of high focus and immersion.
By analyzing people who function well in this world from this perspective, we can create lives that are more sophisticated and stylish than theirs, creating a state of intense focus and immersion.
We must constantly reflect on these essential aspects throughout our lives.
Ultimately, to live a proper life is to live with the full awareness that essential knowledge is the most important thing.
Ultimately, when we die, we only take with us the memories created in a state of high concentration and immersion.
If you think about these most important values much more than others and live your life based on them, you will inevitably live a wonderful life.
---From "Part 1: Who Are the Rich?: What Kind of People Become Rich?"
Dense time ultimately trumps skill.
There was a female designer who had been working at Samsung Life Insurance for 24 years.
She recalled her rookie days and said:
“When the branch manager asked me to get consent from as many customers as possible each day, I got 100 a day.” It’s not just a numbers game.
To get 100 signatures a day, she reportedly went into a building and met with almost everyone in it.
As others spoke to two or three people and turned away, she scanned the entire building.
I spent each day like that.
What was the result? In her first month of operation, she ranked first in the branch.
Hearing this story, I became certain of one thing.
The difference between a successful salesperson and one who is barely hanging on is not the amount of effort, but the way they spend their time.
There is an insurmountable gap between those who say they are putting in effort but are actually just wasting time, and those who live calculating how densely to spend their time.
Everyone says they work hard, but in reality, most people pretend to work hard and then quickly give up.
Because even if you try hard, you won't get results.
Efforts without results cannot continue.
Ultimately, those who have not experienced rewards cannot enter the depths of true effort.
Conversely, people who have achieved extraordinary results are generally those who have experienced that 'if you work hard, results will come quickly.'
So it lasts longer and grows more.
So I tell beginners:
“Don’t believe the saying that time will make everything better.
Nothing can last long without results.
Even if it's small, make progress quickly.
“That’s how you can believe in yourself.” In the end, the essence is that even though we live in the same 24 hours a day, some people just let time pass by, while others refine themselves within that time.
Even if you lack talent, someone who uses their time intensively will eventually beat someone who is talented.
How you spend each day determines your ability.
And skills ultimately completely change the direction of your life.
After all, everything is sales.
I started my career in sales when I was 21.
I studied hypnosis and taught hypnosis therapy, and sold hypnosis training to people in their 30s to 60s, who were much older than me at the time.
Thinking back now, I was just a college student at the time and had very little knowledge compared to what I have now.
But then he 'sold' that very knowledge to someone.
I thought about why they needed this knowledge and how I could make them feel that they really needed this knowledge.
And I approached him first without hesitation.
Although I spoke of 'hypnosis' with my own mouth, in reality I was doing 'sales'.
Hypnotizing someone is ultimately about making them completely focused and immersed, thereby reducing their critical awareness and rejection of you.
If that happens, what I say will have a much deeper and more powerful impact on that person's subconscious.
When the other person can accept what I say without resistance, I can actually 'sell' anything.
This was the essence of sales that I first realized.
Most people feel incredibly overwhelmed when they start a business.
It's not that I don't understand that feeling, but the moment you feel that way, it's already difficult to become an expert.
It is important to remember that almost everything humans do in this world is connected to sales.
Whether it's reporting to your boss at work, guiding your child in the right direction while raising them, or persuading a friend to agree on your ideas in a conversation, it's all ultimately "sales."
Every day we live our lives 'selling' ourselves, our thoughts, our emotions, and sometimes even our products and services.
However, it is rare for people to properly recognize and live with this perspective from a young age.
If someone had this perspective early on, he would have definitely become a sales expert.
Because, instead of confining yourself with words like “it’s difficult” or “it’s hard,” you only think about and practice “how to sell well.”
That's how skills are accumulated.
Sales is not something that only special people can do, it is something that everyone should do.
That is why the most foolish attitude is to think that ‘sales has nothing to do with me.’
We all make a living by selling something, and our quality of life depends on our sales skills.
People who are good at talking, who inspire trust, and who confidently tell their stories will eventually get what they want.
All influential people in this world are great salesmen.
Don't be afraid of sales.
Life is a sale.
Mastering sales is ultimately like mastering life.

Publisher's Review
Part 1. MONEY - The Essence of Wealth and Mentality
It answers the fundamental question: 'Who are the rich, and what kind of people become rich?'
The secrets of success revealed by the rich are revealed through their mentality.
If you are poor, if your parents are not rich, sales is not an option, it is a necessity.
All professions ultimately come down to sales, and most people who become rich have accumulated their wealth through sales.
In particular, it emphasizes the fact that if you want to make real money, you 'must sell to the rich.'
Additionally, you can use the Rich Mind Checklist to determine how ready you are to become rich.
Part 2. WORK - Reject Everything You Can't Prove
"What can't be proven isn't real." This section reveals practical know-how from the sales field, along with real-life examples of how the author personally proved himself to be a "god of sales."
He made a name for himself as a mental coach and lecturer, and entered the insurance industry, achieving remarkable results in a short period of time.
This shows that the secret to being number one anywhere is understanding the nature of people and karma.
He highlights real-world examples of persuading clients and the reality that even today's lawyers and professionals must invest more than 10 million won per month in marketing to survive, emphasizing that sales is an essential survival skill in modern society.
Part 3. LIFE - Mental Practical Training
It covers how managers and salespeople can recover from mental breakdowns and the right attitude toward failure.
It also presents the optimal mental routine that is essential to becoming a master.
As a personal mental coach to world-class golfer Sei Young Kim and archer Chae Young Kang, the author has achieved the best results through a 'routine that recalls good memories.'
Based on this know-how, we provide five mental strengthening phrases that can be used when running a business or conducting sales.
Part 4. FUTURE - Mental Strength Grows in Silence
The author, who once went through a difficult time due to Seino's criticism, accepted that time as a process of mental training.
The experience actually made me more determined and became a stepping stone for me to achieve tremendous growth in a new field.
He emphasizes why he says 'mentality is everything' and that ultimately, loving people is the essence of growth and success.
Furthermore, he suggests a mental management method utilizing ChatGPT in the AI era, emphasizing that rather than relying solely on technology, "questions about one's own emotions and life" should be combined.
The author provides a seven-step AI-based mental health management routine that anyone can follow, and even provides specific guidance on the "7 CEO Mental Health Management Methods" for business leaders.
Appendix: CEO Mental Health Management Notes & 21-Day Transcription
Finally, we provide a routine that will help you regain your mental strength in 21 days.
Based on the principle that 'habits are formed in three weeks', it helps you build inner strength by writing and reflecting on notes for five minutes every day.
This appendix contains the exact mental language that CEO Park Se-ni used when coaching national team athletes and the top 1% of business executives and salespeople.
Through the 'CEO Mental Management Notes' and handwriting, readers can design an unshakable inner self and complete a 21-day routine to put it into practice.
