Then, as word of mouth spread about the class, students started coming from not only the provinces but also overseas.
This book contains the content and concerns that my students have had difficulty with and have been curious about over the years I have taught sandwich classes, and I hope to provide easy solutions to these concerns.
I believe that no matter what dish you make, the harmony of flavors is essential to achieve the 'best taste'.
