I'm still a clumsy kindergarten teacher
Description
Book Introduction
"So what if you make mistakes? This is a classroom we create together with the children!"

Hopeful Motivation for Burned-Out Teachers!
Warm comfort to teachers who are clumsy and anxious!

Beyond the kindergarten where children smile
For a kindergarten where teachers also smile!

In the fierce and hectic environment of kindergarten, the author always felt like he was clumsy.
By the time I got used to the children who didn't move as I wanted, the communication with parents that was delivered and proceeded differently than I expected, and the communication with colleagues that I always had to be careful of, a year had passed and a new year had begun.
Then it was a reset from the beginning.
However, as a kindergarten teacher of 16 years, I think it is natural that every year feels new.
This is because kindergarten teachers plan and live anew on a yearly basis.
The author wrote this book with the hope that it would be a message to teachers who, like himself in the past, are struggling with a sense of helplessness, and that they should find strength in themselves.

This book is a complete account of the author's life as a kindergarten teacher, who struggled for 16 years.
One of the many reasons I wrote the book was because I wanted kindergarten teachers to be happy.
The author hopes that these stories will empower you to live a dignified and wonderful life, and become a magic that will help you navigate each day with more wisdom.
Through this book, the author tells us that difficult times will pass and that we should live happily from now on.
It also introduces how to properly guide children and how to deal wisely with parents.

Publisher's Review
“We have to recognize that teachers can’t do everything.
While we guide the children
We must accept that not much change may occur in infants.
There is no need to feel bad or beat yourself up over the fact that no change has occurred.

“Kindergarten teachers need comfort too.”

So that passion does not become a sacrifice,
To be respected and to be respected!

Every morning, there was a child who came to kindergarten with a gloomy expression.
“My head hurts.
The author hugged the struggling toddler, who said, “I think I’m going to get motion sickness.”

“I love you today too.
Let's have fun with our teacher.
“If you have fun with your friends, all your aches and pains will go away.”

It is said that the child regained his smile as if he had never been sick.
The author says that in order to create a warm and bright environment in a kindergarten, teachers must first become happy people.

Just saying it's hard won't bring about change.
Inner change occurs when you redefine yourself and can speak confidently.
The author hopes to become a motivational speaker who sings of hope to kindergarten teachers through this book, which contains his life story.

You must have faith that if you have done your best as a teacher, your efforts will surely become the seeds of change.
You have to believe that someone else will water and shine light on the seeds of change you have planted, allowing them to grow.
You should praise yourself for planting the seed and believing that it will grow well.

The author believes that happiness grows with effort.
I hope that kindergarten teachers will actively pursue their own happiness, find ways to love and cherish themselves in the face of harsh realities, and that this book and I will accompany them on that journey.
