Publisher's Review
A horde of sticky, squishy, and squishy zombies
I came to steal the child's belly button!

Jiwoo's family went on summer vacation.
Jiwoo's house, which was always busy, became quiet.
The kickboard that Jiwoo used to ride, the computer that my brother used to use, and the television that Mom and Dad loved all fell asleep.
The refrigerator, which had been humming day and night, was the only one awake.
“Jiwoo said he slept for two nights.” The three chatty plum musketeers said this, and the refrigerator decided to take a break for the first time in a while.
however……

Boom, boom! The three plum musketeers woke up to a loud thunder and found that the entire refrigerator had turned into a zombie world.
The plum trio were able to survive because they were brought into the refrigerator while they were still green.
The Plum Trio ran upstairs to avoid the fruit zombies and vegetable zombies.
But upstairs, an even more terrifying horde of zombies awaited the Plum Trio.
They were the curry zombies bubbling in the pot.
The Plum Trio were chased to the top floor by curry-covered meat zombies, potato zombies, carrot zombies, and onion zombies.
With nowhere left to run, what can they do? Will the Plum Trio survive until the refrigerator door opens?

A story told by author Jeongju Yoon, who feels and thinks like a child.
A little dirty, a little scary, and a whole lot of funny chase!

Every child goes through a period where they believe that everything in the world is alive.
A world filled with things that feel, think, speak, and act just like me, artist Jeongju Yoon's "Kongkongkong" series is rooted in such an animistic world.
Because I am a writer who still feels and thinks like a child, I am able to consistently create new stories from that world.

The third story in the "Frozen Frozen" series, "Frozen Frozen Zombie," is inspired by spoiled food in the refrigerator, something we've all encountered at least once.
A horde of sticky, squishy, and icky zombies(?) that might be a nightmare for parents will chase the cute plum trio and make children laugh out loud.

The three plum musketeers, who struggle to live as themselves at any moment, resemble children full of the will to live.
It also seems to encourage children to never give up on life, even in a world filled with hordes of zombies that grab them by the ankles.
Cider's sacrifice of giving himself up in a truly 'cool' way also catches the eye.
Just as cider spurts out and sweeps away zombies, I hope that all the evils in the world will be washed away.
Perhaps the author also drew the cider scene with that kind of hope in mind.

But I think what author Yun Jeong-ju hoped for more than anything when she published this book was the bright smiles of children.
I hope this book brings a refreshing laugh, like soda, to children enduring their boring, frustrating, and tedious daily lives.
