An exercise method taught by the author who gave up studying for the civil service exam due to back pain and was unable to lead a normal social life.

For those suffering from pain, providing a full understanding of the principles of self-exercise therapy is half the battle.

Recently, we experienced a case of a woman in her 50s with polio who had not improved her physical symptoms and walked with a limp despite practicing yoga and working as a yoga instructor for 8 years. After practicing SNPE correct posture spinal exercise, her leg length became almost the same and she was able to walk normally.
All I could do for the woman with polio was to help her realize her ignorance through education.
