There's a reason for your reality
Description
Book Introduction
A practical guide to conceptual analysis organized by topic

The ideas hidden within me create a painful reality, and when the ideas are healed, reality changes on its own.
This book systematically presents thirty-nine cases of people who dramatically changed their reality after analyzing and healing their own ideas, along with a self-coaching guide.

The author begins this book with two requests.
First, when reading the text, read the cases included as if they were your own stories.
By applying the examples to my own situation, I can discover concepts I was unaware of, and my insight into recognizing these concepts increases.
Second, there is a self-coaching guide at the end of each section, which asks you to answer the thinking topics and questions yourself and use this guide as practice problems for thinking and meditating.
By doing this, readers can confirm their own ideas without the help of others such as the author.
The author says that if readers keep these two things in mind while reading the book, they will soon find themselves faced with a changed self and a changed reality.

Foundations of Idea Analysis
Conclusion

Publisher's Review
What is idea analysis?

From everyday proverbs like “Words become seeds” to the Buddhist belief that everything is created by the mind.
There are countless proverbs and teachings that tell us that the mind and reality are closely related.
The idea is that the ideas you hold create your reality.
Idea analysis is a technique for closely analyzing and healing the ideas that create our reality, and it consists of five major steps.
Step 1: Identify your original, intuitive impressions of the situation, Step 2: Identify the thoughts and feelings that arise from those impressions, Step 3: Identify the response patterns that arise from those thoughts and feelings, Step 4: Organize them into a single idea, and Step 5: Purify your inner self.
As you learn and heal your concepts step by step, reality will magically change without you even trying.
Because ideas create reality.

A practical guide to conceptual analysis organized by topic

The thirty-nine case studies of idea analysis in this book are divided into three categories: wealth, human relationships, self-actualization, and the body, and are all comprised of conversations between the author and the case study participants during the process of idea analysis.
Each chapter analyzes the ideas that created the situation of the case study subject and provides methods of idea processing that could change that situation.
Therefore, you will not only learn about idea analysis theoretically, but also learn how to apply it in everyday problems.
Also, I can try to apply the same concept to my own situation by finding out what the hidden concepts were in a case study similar to mine.
It doesn't end here.
At the end of each section, there are also self-coaching guides for each category.
This is to enable readers to analyze their own ideas after learning how to proceed with idea analysis through various cases and completing one part.

“The core of idea analysis is not simply to find the cause of a phenomenon and mechanically solve it.
The process of finding and analyzing the causes of causes is not about pulling them out, getting rid of them, and then planting new ones that suit my taste.
Rather, it is a process of understanding and embracing their circumstances.
Therefore, we need an open mind, not just a simple rational approach.”
