Tachikawa, who graduated from the English Literature Department of Waseda University in Japan, is a former foreign news reporter for the Kodansha-affiliated magazines “Weekly Gendai” and “Nikkan Gendai.”
I covered Hideki Matsui (松井秀喜), who played for the New York Yankees, and Tsuyoshi Shinjo (新庄剛志), who played for the New York Mets, on-site for five years.

This book reexamines what the author introduced in the Nikkan Gendai issue from September 2022 to October 2023.
