"Ice Cream is Frozen" is the fifth story in the "Woodangtangtang Meow" series.
The mischievous cats blow up Mr. Meong's bakery in "The Bakery is Bustling" while making bread the size of a house, create a mountain of popcorn by putting all the corn in the boiler of a steam locomotive in "The Train is Rattle-Rock," and flood a sushi restaurant while trying to steal sushi in "Sushi is Round and Round."
In "The Plane is Buzzing," they even went so far as to hijack the plane.
Mr. Mongmong doesn't have a single day to rest because of these troublemakers who run around in droves and cause all kinds of trouble.
But even when I'm so angry, my heart always softens when I see the cats' pure curiosity and their obedient reflection.
The cats promise not to cause trouble again, but it seems they can't help their growing curiosity and greed.

Early in the morning, a penguin father and son come to Mongmong's ice cream shop to make a delivery.
Baby penguin Pengi and his dad trade empty ice cream containers for new ones.
The cats who were watching this scene thought that if they followed the delivery truck, they would be able to eat as much sweet ice cream as they wanted, so they hid in an empty container.
The place the delivery truck arrived at after a long drive was the Ice Kingdom.
At the igloo factory, penguins are hard at work making ice cream.
The cats wait until the penguins get off work, sneak into the factory, and eat the entire ice cream cone, which is as huge as an iceberg.
I ate a lot of cold ice cream and now I'm shivering.
When I went outside to go home, a huge blizzard was coming down on me, making it impossible to move even a single step.
The cats, shivering from the cold, begin to collapse one by one.

Just then, baby penguin Pengi discovers the kittens.
Pengi brings warm water to warm the cats' frozen bodies, and also brings blankets and tea.
