Applicants preparing for the Certified Labor Attorney exam need to study the entire scope, applicants preparing for the 7th grade exam need to study up to the Industrial Safety and Health Act, and applicants preparing for the 9th grade exam need to study up to the Minimum Wage Act.
Also, since the general theory is not included in the civil service exam, you can skip that part as well.
