A word about the 2026 Hansoo Sung Impact Administration Act
Description
Book Introduction
If we were to summarize the 'one word' of the revised 26-year Impact Administration Act in one word, it would be 'basic theory + past exam questions (O×)', that is, 'a super-compressed and perfect single-volume summary book'.
Since the civil service exam usually consists of 5 subjects (or 3 subjects), I have seen many test takers enter the exam room without having finished studying the basic administrative law textbook.
Unlike the instructor's perspective, this may be a reality and a common phenomenon for test takers.
To alleviate these concerns, 'One Word' was created, and in this revised edition, we continue to make every effort to achieve this goal.
Key features of this book include:
1.
Complete single volume of basic theory and past exam questions (OX)
We have organized all the contents of the textbook that are likely to appear on the exam without exception, reflecting approximately 90% of the contents of the textbook, and have reflected almost 100% of the previous exam questions in the true or false format.
Despite the small amount, I am confident that it will cover almost 100% of the actual exam.
In particular, to ensure sufficient practice, we have included duplicate passages with slightly different expressions, even if they contain the same content, without omitting them as much as possible.
Because that's the only way to learn it accurately.
Meanwhile, the past questions reflect the 7th grade national civil service exam questions administered up to September 20, 2025.
2.
Summarizing difficult case law texts in an easy-to-read manner
Except for cases where it is absolutely necessary to read the entire text, case law has been introduced in a concise and condensed manner to enable intuitive understanding in a short period of time.
3.
Neat organization + memorization tips + importance marking
For cases that require a large amount of case law to be organized in one place or where organization is more important than understanding, we have created tables to allow for neat comparison and organization.
In addition, we have added additional lecture explanations for things that require understanding or memorization, and have marked the importance of each topic in three levels.
The most important topics are these three: ★
4.
I'll just organize the things that will actually be on the test.
As a teacher, I have set aside my greed as much as possible and organized the questions based on various series of questions that were asked up to 2025. Even among the questions that were asked in the past, those that were rarely asked in the last 10 years were boldly excluded to maximize efficiency.
Of course, in the case of the latest case law that has not been tested before, we have selected the most likely cases to be tested and included them as theories and true or false (expected questions).

Publisher's Review
Professor Han Su-seong's Guide to Getting the Most Out of a Single Word
1.
For those who have completed the basic textbook and past exam course = Final review textbook
After organizing everything from the basics to the past exam questions, please use it for final organization purposes.
One thing that will shine the most is when you use it for last-minute final clean-up.
Since we've organized almost all of the content covered in the textbook and past exam questions in a clear and concise manner, you'll be able to cover all areas in a short period of time.
2.
For those who find it too burdensome to organize the basic book or are pressed for time = A substitute for the basic book
If you find it too difficult to organize the textbook, or if you are preparing for an exam and need to study administrative law, you can use a single word to replace the textbook.
While a single word contains all the material that will be on the exam, making it your own is a separate matter.
That is, separate and sufficient practice is required.
Therefore, it is essential to practice solving problems sufficiently, such as by studying past exam questions and taking mock exams.
In addition to studying the summary, administrative law is also organized and learned in the process of solving problems.
3.
Provide explanations for incorrect fingerprints
We will provide brief explanations for the incorrect answers among the OX questions so that you can easily and concisely understand why they are incorrect.
The commentary will be updated through the cafe every week after the start of the semester, according to the progress made.
Rather than simply providing written explanations, we will provide visual representations that clearly indicate which parts are incorrect and how to correct them to make them correct.
Please make good use of Naver Cafe.
