2026 Easy Administrative Law

"2026 Yoo Hwi-un Administrative Law General Theory: Basic Book with Solutions to Past Exam Questions" is a basic book on administrative law designed to prepare for various civil service exams, including those for the 9th and 7th grade civil service exams, fire service exams, and military service exams.
The features of this book are as follows:

① A basic book on administrative law that provides solutions to 1,850 previous exam questions.

This book contains nearly twice as many questions (1,850) as those in commercially available exam books, allowing you to simultaneously study administrative law theory and past exam questions in preparation for the 2026 9th and 7th grade civil service, firefighter, and military personnel administrative law exams. The process of solving these questions has been incorporated into the basic textbook.
After thoroughly reorganizing over 10,000 past exam questions, I designed and analyzed the textbook and case law down to the phrase level (not sentence level) and filled it in without any gaps.

② The composition of “selection” (representative past questions) that must be taken to the end and “practice” (practice past questions) that must be placed at the end

This book presents a fast and efficient study method that goes beyond basic textbooks and past exam questions.
For each theme, representative past exam questions (hereinafter “selected questions”) and practice past exam questions (hereinafter “practice questions”) have been carefully selected and included, and these questions have been organized so that they can be explained in detail while also covering other concepts of the topic.
The two previous exam questions, “Selection” and “Practice,” are placed on opposite axes, and the basic textbook is placed in the middle to naturally connect theory and problem solving.
By linking the past exam question numbers to the theoretical explanations, you can quickly identify the relevant location and organically connect theories.
In particular, in this revised edition, the corresponding YOPL fingerprint number is also included for each selected fingerprint, thereby maximizing the efficiency of linking with the summary and learning.

③ All areas covered, including unpublished questions

We've removed duplicates from all previously published exam papers and organized them into "Selected" and "Practice" sections. We've also carefully selected important areas and precedents that haven't been tested yet but are essential to study, along with sample questions, to ensure you can study the entire scope of administrative law without missing a beat.

④ Display of 9 levels of importance (S·A·B·C·Gi·In·So·Mu·Ji) by fingerprint, not by area

Based on thorough data analysis, academic interest, and freshness, each fingerprint was given a 9-level importance rating, with S, A, B, C, Gi, In, So, and Mu (無) grades, and minor fingerprints were marked separately.
In particular, this book has further subdivided the existing 'S, A, B, C' grades, which enabled learning intensity control and efficient learning, into 'Ungraded' grades, 'Gi' (basic concept), 'In' (Personnel Office 10 years at least once), and 'So' (Firefighting exams), allowing for more sophisticated learning.

⑤ Detailed summary and explanation of related issues and issues, rather than a simple theory-centered summary.

A separate commentary was added next to the original text of the case law, and an analysis of the case law was also presented.
We have organized the parts that are mixed and disorganized in commercially available textbooks to fit the exam, and have completed a structure that is centered on practical practice, breaking away from the stereotypical theoretical topic arrangement.

⑥ Links to themes by issue for efficient learning

Administrative law has unclear boundaries between topics or issues, so each issue is connected by indicating a theme LINK.
This makes it easier to understand and memorize.
As you read through the book, a total of 81 themes are connected, reducing the burden of memorization and solidifying your memory, suggesting the most efficient learning direction.

⑦ Provides abundant supplementary materials such as case summaries, keywords, glossary of terms, acronyms, and explanation tips.

All case law is summarized in 1-2 lines and given a title, and keywords and key words in the original case law are bolded to increase learning focus.
Additionally, we have made it possible to differentiate yourself from other test takers by providing glossary of terms, highlighting of acronyms, assistance, in-depth explanation, and solution tips.

⑧ A table of contents is included on the cover flap.
