2025 Kim Geon-ho Constitutional Law: Past and Expected Constitutional Cases from the Last 3 Years

Since the most recent case law from within the past three years is included in about 20-30% of the exam questions, organizing the most recent case law is essential to get a high score.
This book contains a compilation of case law that has already been or is likely to be on the exam among the recent three years from January 2022 to June 2025.
The included case law contains approximately 400 cases, fully reflecting the latest case law.

Since 60-70% of the objective constitutional exam questions are composed using case law texts, the questions are structured to help students accurately understand the results of case law.
Previously tested case law is included in the form of true or false questions along with explanations. For important cases that have not been tested, only the likely texts and reasons for decisions are included, allowing you to prepare for the exam as efficiently as possible in a short period of time.

We have categorized and included various case laws derived from similar systems so that they can be efficiently compared, organized, and memorized.
Additionally, important parts of the case law are underlined and highlighted so that you can grasp the key points at a glance, and an index of case law is included at the end of the textbook to facilitate efficient study.
