Kim Dong-jin's review of civil law practice

Description
Book Introduction
- “Appraisal Civil Law Practice” is based on past exam questions from the real estate appraiser exam.
Additionally, although it has never been tested on the real estate appraiser exam, we have carefully selected and added content with a high probability of appearing on the exam from past exams for patent attorneys, labor attorneys, attorneys, and court-related exams.
This faithfully reflects the key content that test takers should not miss, so I can confidently say that faithfully repeating Volume 1 of this textbook is sufficient for the problem book.

- For content that has not yet appeared in other exams, such as the latest case law, the editor directly identified the intent of the case law and created new texts in line with the points of the test, and reflected them in the “Expected Test Texts.”
Many of the questions predicted for the 2025 real estate appraiser exam were also included.
If you diligently study the sample questions included in this textbook, you will be able to solve even difficult problems more easily.

Publisher's Review
hello.
My name is Dongjin Kim, and I teach civil law for real estate appraisers at Seoul Law School (Parkmungak).

[1] There are three reasons why this textbook is structured in an O/X format.

1.
To prepare for the civil law exam for effective real estate appraisers

An analysis of past questions from the civil law exam for real estate appraisers reveals a significant tendency toward repetitive questions.
However, if the workbook is structured in the same format as previous exam questions, it could be a huge burden for test takers who have difficulty devoting sufficient time to studying civil law.

Additionally, it is inefficient for test takers to check for duplicate questions in each passage and study on their own.
This textbook clearly indicates the frequency of questions in the ○/× passages so that you can see the frequency of questions at a glance.
Through this, we wanted to help test takers effectively adjust the level of importance on their own.

2.
To maximize the connection with the mock exam course of Seoul Law School (Parkmungak)

As exams approach, test takers often find themselves wondering whether to prioritize practicing mock exams or reviewing workbooks.
I found that the advice to "do both" might be ineffective in preparing for the real estate appraiser exam.
Therefore, to prevent learning materials from being scattered during the review process, we have introduced a linking method that records the page numbers and passage numbers of the practice test booklet on the mock test answer sheet.
This allows test takers to highlight the passages they got wrong and focus on repeating those passages to maximize learning efficiency.

3.
To clearly distinguish between what is known and what is not known

When studying with a typical multiple-choice exam book, there is a tendency to neglect studying the passages other than the correct answer passages.
As a result, problems may arise that cannot be solved accurately when a previously tested passage that is not the correct answer is presented as the correct answer passage on this exam.

To prevent this, it is essential to practice analyzing each fingerprint and determining whether it is right or wrong.
This textbook is structured in the ○/× text format to help test takers focus on all texts and acquire accurate skills.

[3] Conclusion

Even though it's only been a short year since I started teaching civil law classes for real estate appraisers, so many people have chosen my textbook and lectures.
Thank you very much.

Going forward, I will work even harder to ensure that those who choose my textbooks and lectures do not fail the first real estate appraiser exam due to civil law issues.
I wish all test takers success in their exams.
