Evening prayer time when I return to myself
“I lived today with grace.

This evening, I take off all my roles and come before the Lord.”

It would be a blessing if we could start our busy mornings with prayer.
However, when you rush to work and go about your daily life without realizing it, evening often arrives.
Only then do I finally have the leisure to sit still and dedicate the day to God and have intimate fellowship before going to bed.
Pastor Kim Min-jeong, who has been responsible for the mornings of office workers, including '365 Days to Work', has now written an evening prayer book that can help people end their day with prayer.


The evening prayer time is a time when we can return fully to ourselves.
During the day, we diligently fulfill the duties assigned to us as office workers, wives, and husbands, but in the evening, when all our work is done, we can take off the clothes of our roles and return to God as ourselves.
"100 Evening Prayers with God" allows us to lay down before God all the joys, sorrows, and regrets, whether it was a happy day spent with God or a life so busy that we forgot to think of God.
Through prayer before bed, I can meditate on the grace God has bestowed upon me today, pray for a good night's sleep, and look forward to God's work tomorrow as well.

Evening prayer is the time when I return to myself.
From morning till noon, everyone demands a role from me.

But at evening prayer time, I can be me.

Forget about things that don't have to be done, and ask for God's help and finish the things that need to be done.
When I remember God in the evening, I experience a real lightness in my heart.
I fall asleep in His arms, longing to meet the Lord even in my dreams.
Just as we wash our faces, shower, and go to bed every day, we also need time to shower our souls and fall asleep in the Lord's arms.
